***UPDATE 11/26/2021*** Cerebral finally gave me a refund and they are asking me to take this review down? Absolutely NOT!!! YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! ***UPDATE 10/30/2021*** Cerebral responded to this review (shown below) stating that I can reach out to them for further assistance. I emailed them 3 days ago, they still haven't responded to the email I sent back to them that they requested. I will update this review when I hear back from them. The best way I can help others is by giving my unbiased recounting of just how TERRIBLE it was trying to use this service. If this review is pulled and/or censored in any way I will take legal action against Cerebral and TrustPilot in accordance with the 2016 Consumer Review Fairness Act. All of the below has hard evidence to support all allegations. Started out great, no issues, until the 3rd day when I was set to have a video conference with my care counselor. She instead called me on my cell phone 10 mins late and said she was having computer problems. I could hear the roadnoise in the background...she was driving and had no interest in meeting her committments to her patients. The next week, I was assigned a new care counselor, who never even offered a meeting...they did nothing at all but fail to respond to messages when I brought up the plethora of issues I had with the service. Trying to schedule an appointment? Too bad, the calendar in the app doesn't work so you have to email back and forth (which takes days by the way) to actually get any appointment scheduled. Then we get to the straw that broke the camel's back. This is mental health...something not to be messed with or taken lightly. So when you have issues with refilling or modifying prescription, it's important they get corrected quickly. That is not the case with Cerebral at all. My prescription was set to be refilled in a week and I had a meeting with provider who instead stated she wrote a new prescription for a higher dose and it would go through when I was out of my current prescription. Well that never happened. Instead, I received no refill, no new prescription, and no one at Cerebral that would answer! It took them two weeks after I first brought it to their attention to do anything and their solution was to give me my original dose...something that my provider stated wasn't working and needed to be increased. How much sense does that make? Key takeaway here is to use more traditional options for mental health. No one at Cerebral that I worked with expressed any care, any urgency, or even any human decency (as portrayed by the consistent and repetitive failed commitments). I have nothing good to say about Cerebral other than they have a good marketing campaign. But that doesn't do much for mental health, does it? Maybe that's where your money should be spent instead of putting advertisements all over the web.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and then make you spend hours upon hours filling out online paperwork. I tried for ALMOST 4 HOURS TO DO ALL THIS PAPERWORK. Finally I finish after submitting and resubmitting All of the important paperwork, now all I have to do is make an appointment. Easy, right? WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! They told me I couldn't make an appointment, the next day they made an appointment for me that I was unable to make and then it took me another 2 hours just to try to cancel the appointment. Their "solution" was to tell me re-make my appointment online. I tried AGAIN to get online. AGAIN I CANT GET ONLINE! THEY TAKE VULNERABLE PEOPLE AND TAKE THEIR MONEY AND WASTE THEIR TIME AND THEY BETTER BE CAREFUL. Playing with unhinged people's emotions is probably not a smart thing to do. This isn't a threat, it's a statement based on the fact that THEY ARE TRYING TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISORDERS, SO THEY SHOULD BE CAREFUL HOW THEY TREAT THEM!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! They sell a 'monthly' mental health service including therapy and medication. Once you sign up, you can see the availability for their providers... and find out they don't actually have any available for months. As such, you're paying for services they can't actually deliver. When you cancel, they won't give you a refund despite never using their services. This place is a scam that should be targeted by consumer protection agencies. Stefanie: Why should I reach out to support again? I have emailed you guys about this problem until i'm blue in the face. At this point, I have emails with Ivan Mendez, Queeny, Jayvee, and Maria. Unfortunately, screwing your customers over is a matter of company policy according to your CSRs and regardless of whether or not you had availability to treat me, I had access to your website and still need to help Cerebral offset costs for the providers I can't get an appointment with. As such, your recurring billing policy ensures no refunds are available. I already filed with my bank (chargeback) and with the state's attorney general among other consumer protection agencies. I will also continue sharing my experience with others on your social media ads online and ruining Cerebral's credibility based on my experiences. Hopefully Cerebral comes around to see how its anti-customer, and unethical policies are far more costly in the long run and how difficult it can be to quiet those you've wronged after-the-fact with efforts that are too little, too late.

Prescriber attempted to prescribe me two medications which I informed them one gave me panic attacks and the other suicidal ideation. Neither medications were meant to address what I signed up and was diagnosed for. No other options provided. Update: The company refuses to provide a refund, and no one has addressed my concerns about being prescribed medication that gave me suicidal ideation in the past (which I made clear during the consultation). Steer clear from this company. Update 2.0: I re-opened my account thinking support was being helfpful. Yet, was reassigned to the same prescriber that tried to prescribe me drugs that gave negative consequences, and to boot my care coordinator inferred I had asked for controlled substances, when simply asked for an alternative to the drugs they were attempting to push on me which had previously given me negative side affects. This company should not be in business.

I signed up 10 days ago, and they prescribed me some medication for anxiety. They claim 2 day shipping, today it has been 10 days and on my portal it is showing shipment pending. I sent them an email two days ago no reply, I called yesterday and after holding for almost 15 minutes they answered and claimed a shipping mistake but they would get back to me the same day via my portal. It has been 24 hours and have not heard back. They claim that if you contact your care team you will hear back within hours. So at 6 am this morning sent them a text, almost 12 hours later no reply. I just called them again and after holding for more than 15 minutes it sent me to an answering machine and they would get back within 24 hours. I went there for my anxiety, and now I'm out $30 and my anxiety is worst. Please please stay away from them. It is a joke not a business

I just recently joined Cerebral and met with a nurse practitioner who asked a ton of questions, one of which was do I have seizures to which I said yes, I have epilepsy. She prescribed Wellbutrin for my depression. I followed up with my neurologist at Stanford and she said,"under no circumstances are you to take those pills!". She said that I would almost certainly have a seizure. I contacted Cerebral about this, both through their app and via email, they never responded. I've given up and signed up with a different company. But long story short do NOT trust them.
