Taking a week to get my refill. Completely unacceptable and not helping my situation. My first prescriber was amazing and then I was reassigned, haven’t even met her and already having a difficult time

I have contacted my lawyer about cerebral. I submitted my request to cancel on 9/3, filled out the cancellation form a day later, responded to the team member and advised to proceed with cancellation, received confirmation the next day from a different rep stating that my cancellation was complete and processed, got charged the monthly fee a few days later, charged again for medication. My card on file expired that month and I received notice that they could not process payment well guess what to this day Cerebal continues to charge my card the monthly fee and for medication that I don’t want! This tells me that they are entering my new expiration date without me ever providing it to them, they took it upon themselves to enter the new day knowing the card number doesn’t change.

BEWARE OF USING THIS APP, it’s seriously like getting into bed with some greasy lawyer who’s out to rip you off. First off, they charge 30 dollars almost immediately before you even fully know if it’s something you want, making it seem like they won’t charge for a week. THEN you email them constantly asking to cancel your account, you fill out their stupid extra form, get the run around and ignored, then after that they charge you another 85 dollars right before your rent is due. The kicker is that I’ve been trying to cancel this nightmare for the last 26 days. This is an absolute cash grabbing SCAM. Do not fall for it. If you did get help great but it’s only a matter of time before they rip you off.

Trust me when I say that all the positive reviews in here are made by cerebral. They even sound phony and fake. This place is a scam and will take your money! I threatened them with my bank coming after them and they finally agreed to a full refund. Still haven’t received the funds. I will be suing them

HORRIBLE! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I was recommended by a friend who has a wonderful experience so I decided why not. I go onto the website and it asked me what membership I wanted. So I did the promotion at $30. I ended my card information to be billed in the future. What they don't tell you is that you will be charged right than and there before you even proceed to answering the questions. So I started answering the question and I think it was question #4, it asked if there were heart condition in the family before the age of 54. I answered yes as my father had a heart attack at 50(he survived) but my maternal grandfather has a heart attack at 49 and unfortunately did not survive. so since I answered yes to that question it told me not to move forward that the program was not meant for me. Ok no big deal there are others. So I called and explained the situation and was told that I need to fill out a cancellation request. ok did that, money still was taken out of my bank account. I called back to ask for a refund and was told that they do not offer refunds on services provided. OK WHAT SERVICE WAS PROVIDED, NOTHING WAS PROVIDED. I was not able to move forward, I did not speak with a therapist, did not have any resources available to help me, but I cant get refund because in their words " its like a gym membership, people pay but don't go" At this point I was just like ummmmmmmm , you cant compare mental health to a gym membership. I dont think I have ever been more disappointed in a company who is suppose to be "supportive". Makes no sense what do ever, after trying to get my point across, they compromised and said they would only refund 50%, $15 is better than $0 but that's not even the point. The point is if a service wasn't provided you can charge someone for answering questions. If you do proceed, proceed with caution because it seems they are out to make a quick buck!

I payed over 100 dollars for medication and services and was never informed I needed ID before paying for this treatment. So far all I've received is automated responses about how there are no refunds, even though I was not given the proper information before signing up, over 3 hours waiting for a representative, and no refund. All the reviews on here look so fake its not even funny. I mean, look at the titles, they all look like a PR team sat around to find out how to make their money grabbing scheme more reputable. These people do not care about your mental health. Don't trust this service, use another service, but not this one.

Appalling taking money from people struggling with mental health. Received ZERO services for over 6 months. They had to check my acct. nothing. Called for appointments on hold in wait room for more then 30 minutes with no one answering.

I was prescribed Adderall 20mg with no follow-up. That is way too high of a dose when someone has never taken it before. I reached out for help and the prescriber never got back to me or the "team". How could you start someone on medication not knowing how it will affect them and give no help when there is a problem? This is to help people that already have a hard time with life why set them up for failure just to make money.
