No one really listened to me about my add. I’m not a drug seeker. I need help because I couldn’t focus on my tables at my job. I never can. I’m going to get fired if something doesn’t change.

I received a notification earlier on the day, to remind me of my appointment. Closer to the time of the appointment I also got a reminder. Which I really really liked because it makes me feel like I matter. Like they were focused on what was to come next. I got on the call and the person who I spoke to was lovely. She listened very carefully to everything I said. She asked me if I had any questions. I felt heard. She asked me if this was my first time going through therapy, exactly why I was there, why I chose cerebral. I liked it. It wasn’t 30 minutes though like it’s sad lol but nonetheless I don’t really have any complaints. I cannot wait to start on my medicine and my therapy again!

I really enjoy Cerebral and it provides what I need it to provide. I have a great relationship with my Care Counselor, Paris. He is extremely helpful and supportive. Medication is always refilled on time. I would suggest that they tighten up with their communication. I had a few experiences where there seemed to be internal issues and my care coordinator didn't know what was going on. Other than that, no real issues. I do recommend Cerebral! Also, it's been awesome doing it from home; I live in a very rural area and it's hard to find this kind of help without driving hours away.

My experience with Cerebral has been transformative. I was met with understanding and comprehensive help both through medication and therapy. There have been a few hiccups regarding getting a steady flow of medication at times but those issues have been minor when reflecting on my overall treatment and experience with Cerebral.

I have 4 stars for overall rating. To sign up it was a very smooth easy process and only had to wait a day to make an appt and be seen. Jacqueline was wonderful and gave me great information while we were on the call. I give her 5 stars! However, cerebral should be telling people certain medications are not offered. I was diagnosed back in January and the doctors office I was at was horrible. Could never speak to a person always had to leave a message and then they never got back to me. I felt like cerebral was a easy fix for me and my lifestyle. I see patients everyday from 9-6 and am not able to leave very often for my own appts. I was charged 30 dollars to get told I can’t be helped. As long as this money goes to Jacqueline then I’m ok with that. In my years of working one on one with patients transparency goes a long way! If and when my medication is available I would like to come back.

I chose cerebral because it’s accessible for someone without health insurance and I’d liked the convenience of not having to leave my house. So far my psychiatrist has been really great! She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions about starting a new medication. She also checks in with me every 2-3 weeks to make sure that my medication is still working the way we want it too. She also seems to really care about me feeling my best and doing everything she can to help me get there which I really appreciate! Getting an appointment has been a little bit of a challenge but the cerebral support team always makes sure I have one on time.
