I bought one FREE trial and apparently cost me two charges of 29.99$ both things I did not order. Then tried to cancel but their site doesnt even work just so I dont have to cancel and they can charge my credit card more. Fraud stay away at all costs. avoid like the plague.

What does that mean when it says, "Please enter the email you used to purchase", because I can't log in.

I can't view my bills, I think, it doesn't want us to view our bills, so they can easily get money.

I purchased 1 lifetime subscription for 20$ , then a few months later my card was charged for another premium snap i never purchased. I was charged 29.99$ i do not want this snap , ive contacted fancentro support but ive gotten no reply back, i dont have an order number in any email only the name of the snapchat account i did not purchase. I contacted the owner of the premium snap and she didnt reply to me. My snap is jay_nifty. Please help me get my money returned to my bank account. I did not purchase this. On my fancentro account it says its a free trial if im able to cancel will i get my money back ? I dont know how to cancel. I have several times tried to purchase subscriptions through Centrobill as the company is payment agent for sites where I want to suscribe. It has been impossible for a long time. I do normally not have any problems. I now know that the fraud office Nordea has been blocking my purchases. They are just doing their job. So I wondered why do they block Centrobill. When you look at the Centrobill site it is not obvious that they offer automatic cancellation opportunity. You have to use the e-mail used for purchase. Then Centrobill claims they have automatic cancellation. Cancellation should be automated as in the case of Epoch or Ccbill; two unique information elements and the user can cancel for himself. Or you should be able to call and use your telephone. Centrobill does not provide easily accessible telephone numbers. Update: Anyone can go to Centrobill and click on cancellation. Ive sent multiple requests to the Centrobill support. Yet they haven't at least followed up on my case just to telk me that they are busy. They seem to reply here well so its probably my best shot at anything. I want a refund on my order because the user never added me to their snapchat and all of their public accounts have gone super cold. Unless you can find a way to make my time worth it i want it back. Everytime i try to cancel it asks for an order number (which i was never given) and a purchase date... when i put in the date and hit continue, it brings me back to the homepage. AND YES< I AM USING THE CORRECT EMAIL. I still have 22 hours remaining on both trials that i am trying to cancel. I also have video proof of me going through the "Cancelation" process and it not working, Absolutely unacceptable and i demand a refund. EDIT: Like I said I DID enter both purchases date AND amount. After I hit continue all it does is bring me back to the homepage. I NEVER GOT AN ORDER NUMBER SO I CAN NOT ENTER THAT. I already sent an email.
