As an update on the free trial charges, the £32 still hasnt come out of my account, but it has been pending for the last 4 days? This means that the money is not actually available for me to spend, basically the same as it being taken from my account. How could I go about completely removing the purchase from my bank account as I would like to spend that money elsewhere? Update: My money has been successfully released for me to use again. I have been cancel the sub within the 24 hour did it only 2 hours after I subbed :) how long can I espect before my money will be sended back and can you confirm that it's 100% unsubbed?

it has now been 6 weeks in which i cancelled my subscription to 2 sites within the free trial. i received emails to confirm that i would be refunded. nothing! nothing! i have constantly been told that it will depend on my bank. but they have no idea about it. i was charged $29.99 USD on 2 occasions.

FRAUD FRAUD F R A U D ! This company is FULL of fraudulent activity and they allow people to make fraud transactions as well! I am beyond thankful that Bank of America alerted me of the transactions and did NOT approve them. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP!

I signed up for a free trial and get charged for a month subscription. I want my money back. Not once did they say they would take money unless I didn’t cancel my subscription but they took my money right after I signed up for a free trial.

I was charged for a trail subscription $29.99 subscription and I know that the if I cancel the subscription within the allotted time I will receive my money back. I tried to do so via the centrobank website and was repeatedly told that the email was incorrect. So I put in an inquiry and when I checked my account 6-8 hours later I saw that I had received a refund. However I am still unsure as to wether my subscription has been cancelled or not. If if hasn’t I would like it to be cancelled. Thank you

Tried to use the free trial was billed for a month of the membership went to cancel it it and was not only billed for one but TWO monthly memberships the second for one didnt and wouldnt have wanted still waiting for my refund to be issued and in all honesty I would have kept the first if I wasnt billed a "reservation fee" not once but twice...... can I have my money back now?
