Never heard of the site, tried using all emails i have, couldnt sign into centrobill with either. I was charged £32.11on March 4th. I've never used nor seen anything regarding this company. Hopefully the company can refund, otherwise it will be going to the banks fraud protection services. I dont seem to be the only person having this kind of issue.

Dear Brandon, If you suspect your card was stolen, please notify your bank and report this case to the police. We will willingly disclose all the information that we know about the person who initiated those charges. However, if there is a chance that someone from your household used your card without your permission, please send us an email to [email protected] quoting your card's last 4 digits. Then post here the ticket number from auto-response and we will investigate the situation further.

**please see centrobill response to my review. So everyone knows this is a scam this Has been an ongoing issue since January I did not use this service on March 2 as they claim. you have this Jade person who randomly responds to emails every once in a while plus I used a different email for this exact reason to soto show how much of a scam this is. Watch out for the fine print with this people if you go quickly through excepting everything you will get screwed by them. See I even have a ticket number Ticket#2018122610002385 Do not trust this website. They entice you with this free trial but what they fail to tell you is it's not free at all they will charge you card the same day. Then they screw you by adding an additional channel that you didn't agree to but they claim it's in the fine print. You email their support team and they won't respond to you until you sent multiple messages. This is a scam and their customer service is terrible.

Hi Alfredo, Sorry for the confusion, there was another person with the same name who made a purchase last Saturday. Now we were able to find your record when you provided the ticket number. In full accordance with the service's terms and conditions, you were charged after the expiration of the trial period. You had no troubles canceling the service yourself using our website, five days after the expiration of the trial period. If you've done the same during the free trial period, our system would automatically release the amounts reserved on your card. We appreciate your personal openness and unselfishness of the review you posted here. We believe you did not intend to badmouth our business and hope to see you as our customer once again.

My son just had 3 charges taken from his pay card and he never authorized anything or even heard of this company and in my opinion that is flatout theft of a high school students money when he never bought anything from y'alls company etc or trials. I will be pressing charges of fraud and theft and anything else my attorneys can come up with

Subscribed for a free trial and they asked for my credit card details and I provided it to them and they instantly charged me twice for it ... Cancelled my subscription and got two confirmation emails about the cancellation but both of them Had the same order ID

I cancelled an active member ship (which BTW i didnt Even buy), in the E-Mail it says i cancelled it but on the Website it says its still active. How Can i ask for a refund? One of your subscriptions was canceled by you. However, it remains active (and you will have access to the service) until the expiration of the current billing period, unless you apply for a refund in which case it will be terminated immediately. And you have not even tried to contact Centrobill support using our website, how can you say it didn't help you?

I still have not been added by the influencer after more than a week. I have received no help from support. They are really dodgy, sucking you in with recurring payments. However I got a one off payment and I`m not getting WHAT I PAID FOR, avoid them. They have somehow managed to attract industry stars I don't know how they are probably in on the scam Edit: If I`m not added in a day I will expect a refund. It's already been a week, you really need to improve your processes especially for the money you are charging. You are incorrect in saying i mistyped the social username, it was my email, the snapchat name i provided was correct from the start
