I recently had the pleasure of interacting with McKenzie Weaver, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service she provided. From the moment I reached out, McKenzie was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. She listened carefully to my concerns, provided clear and helpful solutions, and followed up to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction

Worst service ever. I have been a homeowner over 20 years this is the worst internet service. My monthly rate increased from 59 per month to 80 per month after 5 months. Additionally, the speed is always slow, service is always down, fiber cuts, and longer than average maintenance windows. No one will answer the phone or call me back. This is the exclusive provider in my subdivision. Terrible service. Stay away.

Makenzie was very helpful. She was attentive to my questions and if she didn't have the answers, she made sure to get someone who knew the answers. Thank you, Makenzie, for helping me with everything. I am up and running finally!

Centric has been by far the best internet provider I’ve had in recent years. What you get for service and the price is unmatched. The customer service is top tier. Erik Ochoa has made the switch completely seamless with his superior customer service and ensuring a great customer experience from initial sign up down to the install, you can tell he cares about his customers and enjoys what he does.

I’ve never been more impressed with a company before, Erik is the guy to work with, he’s been nothing short from helpful and you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does! If you’re looking for a great WiFi provider go with Centric and ask for Erik.

Terrible service. Signed up because this was the exclusive internet provider in a new build subdivision. In five months, my service went from $50 to $85. The service is down weekly for hours or the majority of the day. Multiple occurrences in one week is common. Last minute notification of “maintenance” which is usually received after normal business hours. If you have a choice, I would recommend almost any other service. If they are the exclusive internet provider, I would use my mobile phone hot spot before I signed up with Centric Fiber.

I am not a computer savvy person but it was easy to get connected.
