Centric FiberReviews of centricfiber.com

The customer service representative, Logan was extremely kind and helpful. Closing on our first home has been a whirlwind! I was dreading closing and opening accounts. When I called Centric Fiber, I was met with kindness and a calmness that instantly put me at ease. I am really grateful 🙏

Fiber connection is slow. I’m afraid to host a game at my house and then internet start slowing down and the game freezes. I also learned from a neighbor that the connectivity is a shared connection of our community. I just want fast reliable internet in my home.

Mckensie and Kelly are wonderful to work with. They were friendly and very helpful in resolving my questions.

The sales representative McKenzie was the most professional and friendly person I have done business with in a very long while. Explained everything in detail and with a fantastic personality. Installation was quick and the installer explained and helped set up everything. Good people and a good job. Thank You!

Jonathon took care of everything quickly for me and left me with no questions! He was also very friendly!

Pros: pretty good price for the amount of gigs. Pretty fast. Cons: if something happens and you are trying to call customers service especially after 5pm, you are SOL. No return calls, no customer service if you have an issues. As soon as I have more options out where I live to switch providers I do that immediately. Customer service is key when there is an issue to help resolve. Especially if you have an issue over the weekend or holidays or even after 5pm.

Terrible! Currently experiencing an outage and you cannot get in contact with anyone! The support number automatically goes to voicemail stating agents are busy with other customers. It’s been 6 hours. Ridiculous you can’t reach anyone after hours on a Friday for 6 hours! No email has been sent stating there’s an outage; in fact when you try to report, it states they are not aware of any outage. And I know for a fact this outage is happening in 3 separate suburbs of Houston. I hate that this is the only internet option for my apartment! Avoid if you can.

We have been in our subdivision now for three months and I can tell you that the service has been absolutely horrible. I rather go back to Xfinity as a matter of fact, I’m going to find out if I can join them once again I know for a fact that AT&T is also better than this centric service, my philosophy is if it doesn’t have a commercial don’t use it. Unfortunately, I think this is the main provider that my subdivision has but recently KatyLegacy. And just like everyone else stated you can never reach anyone. They don’t have an actual call center. It’s like one person answers for the whole company. Furthermore, the property has been sending its tenants surveys asking about this service I’m hoping that they’re getting ready to switch. And just like everyone else stated you can never reach anyone. They don’t have a actual call center. It’s like one person answers for the whole company. Furthermore, I work from home so I don’t even depend on the service, I use my AT&T broadband to do all of my work from my job which pays for it so this will be gone pretty soon
