Lack of customer service
Lack of customer service. They don't pick up the phone and if you call tech support it's the same message repeating over and over how they are here to help. We recently have had our internet cutting out for a few minutes a couple times a day and can't reach anyone

Fair price poor service, even poorer reliability.
The internet itself is average. I can’t say its top quality speed for its price. But the reliability is pretty low. Ive had more outages with them in about 7 months than I had in about 2 years with my old provider. One issue Is the customer service department. While they do have fairly straightforward automated messaging, they do not answer and will send you to a voicemail of sorts after waiting for about 5 minutes on hold. When you eventually get ahold of support I can’t say it’s exactly helpful. They don’t even give you a solid answer about outages or what to expect timeline wise. I will note the 5 minutes on hold isn’t terrible comparatively but could be avoided by just allowing to opt for a callback Can’t say I recommend this provider, and I will explore alternatives as soon as they are available in my area.

Really way too many outages

When it works it might work!
When it works it might work! There is no communication of when they will do an outage they will just do it without notifications. Also customer service is unreachable after a certain hour, and no one will return you calls. If you can get something else, do it!!

Fiber connection is slow
Fiber connection is slow. I’m afraid to host a game at my house and then internet start slowing down and the game freezes. I also learned from a neighbor that the connectivity is a shared connection of our community. I just want fast reliable internet in my home.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros: pretty good price for the amount of gigs. Pretty fast. Cons: if something happens and you are trying to call customers service especially after 5pm, you are SOL. No return calls, no customer service if you have an issues. As soon as I have more options out where I live to switch providers I do that immediately. Customer service is key when there is an issue to help resolve. Especially if you have an issue over the weekend or holidays or even after 5pm.
