The experience overall was great, but the connection he was on was really bad. It was hard to understand. We were talking over each other constantly.

I couldn't get my Direct TV AI Eva to help me to get my Living room TV back up..so I called Centric Fiber for technical support and technician MIKE walked me through what I needed to do and he got me back up! I was thrilled by his knowledge and experience. He stayed on the line until it was completed. I'm a senior and I'm so happy with the service he provided compared to DirectV helping me get my TV back up.

The technician was nice and great to talk with. He was helpful and insightful, however, I’m not satisfied with the amount of download speed I have, it’s not great, but hopefully it’ll do. I work from home and need a lot of upload speed to be efficient and I’m not sure how well it will work for me. Yr, I have service non the less and again the technician was very nice.

Coming from Spectrum for 15 years (I originally had them scheduled, and after 3 mishaps with scheduling, and no confirmation email or phone call the day before install) I decided to utilize the already installed infrastructure. I am very pleased with the ease of activation and answering the questions I had regarding using my own firewall and access points. While I look forward to integrating my home infrastructure and automation with the Centric service, I am hopeful and certain that I made the right decision calling Centric.

We were told a week prior to moving that our internet would be set up. I would have given centric fiber 5 stars but the customer service representatives and dispatch team seemed to be out of loop on the work that had been done up till now. It wasn’t until the first technician came to install the modem that centric fiber noticed the fiber connection outside wasn’t installed yet. I have never used centric fiber before and I hope the service is reliable but I am grateful that the customer service representative named Logan showed transparency on the progress of work and giving me a real wait time for getting my internet.

Cindy was very good - very professional and helpful. However your application requests my Social Security number. You do not need that for anything and I doubt you have the proper security systems to protect my info - very poor form on your part. If there is an alternative i will switch to them asap.
