Actually the most unreliable internet provider i have ever had. The customer service is actually terrible and non-existent, you call them and you just go to voicemail to leave a message only to never get a call back. The only time i have ever gotten any response is when it involves giving them money or upgrading any type of service. My hope is that a new provider will open up shop in my area because i would pay more for more service.

Logan helped me out today to set up my new account. Was super helpful went over everything thoroughly and answered my questions. Made it so simple and easy. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed that Logan was there to assist in a lot of this stuff, especially being a first time homebuyer he explained as much as I needed to know in regards to getting gas set up and as well as the Internet set up as well with what I need for a normal day and day out

Worst internet service. Constant outage all times of the day and night. Impossible to work, game, or even watch TV regularly. The service is mandatory for my community or an 85 dollar charge is added on to the rent on top of paying for internet that would actually work. I've only lived here 4 months but I'm already ready to pay the extra money just to have real service from a more reliable company. Which would be Comcast in my area. Incredibly sad that they provide better service than this garbage.
