I recently bought a home in a new subdivision and this provider is what was offered. Centric is the worst! I work from home a lot and the service doesn't work for hours sometimes. There isn't any 24-hour customer service. I have only had them for 2 months and by far this has been the worse internet provider ever. I am switching back to Optimum now that it is available.
