EVERY TIME it is time to refill, there is a delay related to shipping or just filling the order. Customer service is terrible. I am out of medicine and they are telling me 3 days to get it. The OTC response is just as bad. Don't these people realize that we need our medicine on time. I will be looking for another pharmacy provider. Terrible service.

If you expect regularly getting essential medications, do not order them from CenterWell Pharmacy. They have been unable to process my prescription for two weeks now, and I will be forced to go to the emergency.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used in my 80 years on this planet. After multiple callas from myself and my Doctor over a three week I finally went to CVS and got the same prescription filled in 10 minutes.

CenterWellPharm has very limited items and mostly what people don’t need. As you buy items I suspect they remove them from availability on your account leaving you with nothing to buy and losing any funds on your account. I’m definitely getting rid of this as soon as I can but I will use all of my funds and sell items on Facebook marketplace.

I used Centerwell Pharmacy for months receiving my shipments on time with no issues. The problem came when my doctor took me off the medication I was receiving from Centerwell Pharmacy. This was the only medication I received from them. We paid by autopay. I am receiving bills from them I don’t owe and have called twice now to stop receiving these bills. They themselves say I don’t owe any money when I call them yet I still receive snail mail bills saying I am now 91-120 days late on paying my bill. When I called them to fix this they said they fixed it yet I am still receiving bills. I don’t want to be sent to a collections company and have my credit ruined because of something I do not owe. If your doctor tries to have your prescriptions sent through this company, my advice would be a firm no. As of right now, I am taking time out of my day to call them again to stop these bills. I talked to them and now they say I had a bill from January of 2026 and needed to pay it. The man had no answer for why I was told my balance was $0.00 the last month I called except that he said it was a different department. I asked him if I was sent to collections and he said they are collections. He was not understanding we have collections agencies in the U.S. that unpaid bills are sent to. I have no idea whether this has showed up on my credit report and will now have to check that potentially hurting my credit. He said he was transferring me to another department and I was hung up on. I am pissed to say the least. They must not understand how important our credit system is here in the U.S.

About 3 times I have told Center Wells pharmacy that I have stopped taking a medication, and not to send it anymore, and they sent it anyway.

Do not think the meds are real. I think they are fake pills. The website is not secure.

I have Humana Medicare Rx prescription drug coverage. I am constantly getting calls ID'd as "Healthcare" from Centerwell Pharmacy (844-200-0266). In order to get to a human to request being added to their Do Not Call list, you have to respond "yes" or "no" to your identity on their automated system. This provides a recording of your voice saying "yes" and is a dangerous practice. I also learned that they opened an account for me when all I did was check the price of a prescription, and never notified me they had opened an account. I have filed complaints with Centerwell and with Humana.
