I have to fight to opt out of CenterWell/Humana every few months, no matter how many times I say no. Then talked me into "verifying" my account info to remove me from their list, then read my own personal info back to me that I had not already told him. He the made it sound like I was being signed up whether I agreed or not. He then tried to "verify" a shipping address in what I am guessing so he can make an account. While I was on the call I got a "Welcome to CenterWell" email. An account I never authorized! He said don't worry you have to transfer them for it to sign you up. Again a huge lie!!! To me this isn't a one-off, it's a pattern. Either the training here is dangerously bad or reps are opening accounts on purpose to hit numbers. Either way, it's a huge fraud risk with unauthorized accounts sitting for hackers to use. Avoid signing up for Humana until they take customer safety more seriously.

Wow horrible this company must be desperate for customers I set up an account and after reviewing all the negative reviews cancelled my account within 30 minutes I was given a cancelation number and they have continued to fill orders. Like about cancelling orders that should have never been placed. Now day 3 of cancelation and 7 calls 3 medications getting ready to ship I am on canceling my whole account wow! I asked that 3 days ago it took calling Humana to get it done. Let’s see what gets filled after I’m supposed to be removed from the system.

Stay away from these guys. I ordered a prescription and when I logged in to check the status they sent me a verification email - only I never got it repeatedly! I called customer support and went through a myriad of people and was transferred to a phone line that disconnected me. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues with these guys. It’s not worth the few bucks you might save when the aggregation they put you through is immeasurable!

Humana had them call. Said they could get my medication. I called and was told they had a problem with the script. I called the physician , gave them the number and gave Centerwell the physicians number and Fax. I called back and was told the script was good and the meds sent. They never arrived and when I called back they said (in broken English) that they didn't have a script.

I switched providers and my new provider sent my prescription to Centerwell. I have an account there. I saw the prescription on my account when I looked online. I checked the day before it was due to arrive to see if there were any shipping changes and the prescription was gone. I called Centerwell, spoke to a gentleman who know absolutely NOTHING except that it was canceled. The gentleman escalated the call to someone in the wrong dept. Then after I was on the phone for ONE HOUR, if found out that my provider sent it to the wrong Centerwell (should've been NovoCare Centerwell)). However, Centerwell never contacted me to tell me they were cancelling my order. They have both an email and phone # to text me. I was then told that my provider has to fax something to Centerwell, when I asked for the fax # he gave me an 1-800 #. I asked if that was a fax # and he said no, it was a general #. This man knew nothing. I don't know why they employ him to answer the phone. This was beyond frustrating.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible links sent that are frustrating and do not work with Novo Care/Center Well Pharmacy. After calling numerous times, have been in phone over 34 minutes ,just trying to get them to send an sms or email for HIPA agreement. They want to take 10 minutes of time and read it which seems very inefficient, ineffective and concerning despite the fact they have my email and phone number they cannot send me a copy. Severe glitches on all links sent to set up account. 6 links sent over last week, none of them working. I am going to figure out a different way to get a GLP 1, not Wegovy. If this is who the company has decided to use to get medication to their patients, they have made a grave error and they are aware of the problems ,yet continue to use them. That’s on the manufacturer. Novocare, please don’t offer us a program that cannot be supported or is supported in such a poor and inefficient way that it is causing horrific reviews all over the Internet. Novocare knowing there are problems and the fact that they are still using this company that is so ineffective, inefficient and frustrating means I need to choose another GLP-1 . There are all kinds of documented information online about not getting meds, getting meds late , getting extra shipments and charges and not being able to resolve them. No thank you. I’ll let my doctor know not to recommend Wegovy and Novocare / Center Well Pharmacy.

Be very careful and review everything they send you for errors!

LONG story that began 5/30/26 and continues to this day. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I have spoken with over a dozen different people and get absolutely no where with getting my issue of receiving damaged meds. I even showed it to my doctor and she said not to take it and fight the charge! I am told a shipping label will be send - 3 times! and nothing from them just long wait times and pharmacists telling me medication is okay to take! I have gone elsewhere to get this medication as you should do as well!
