I wanted to get my son his first cell phone for his birthday. I wanted to get him a nice phone because he obsessed with tech but wanted to get a prepaid line to save some money. I had to get an off contract phone and went with cell2get. They helped me find the best phone in my budget range that would work with the service provider

I was sent the wrong, lesser quality, phone. I only figured this out after it was activated, and Cell2Get Inc. apologized and has apparently refunded me the difference. But I'm kind of stuck with it unless I pony up another activation fee. Not a good way to operate.

Highly recommend. I got my order delivered on time. Extra fast, great customer service. Phone came unlocked from the factory, which is perfect for what I need.

I only buy phones unlock. I need to be able to use my mobile wherever I travel. I normal go to local store, but many problems with used product. Cell2get has nice selection of unlock mobile devices and I only get from them now.

Great customer service today. I got what I needed and asked for. Wait time was 0 minutes to talk to a representative, that's a plus right there. Voice / sound quality could have been better. There seemed to be a lot of distortion that caused me to ask the rep to repeat what she'd said a couple of time. All in all? 5 star service from a progressive company!

My boyfriend broke his phone last week so I hopped on Google to research the most reliable place to get it fixed & here we are. I'm so happy to report that this place lives up to the reviews. We were in and out within an hour - and his screen & lcd look and seem good as new. I definitely recommend this place, it was the cheapest and the highest rated of the few other spots I called & we are def happy with the results! ANDDD they hooked us both up with a discount on tempered glass screen protectors & bumpers just for stopping in! the phone started acting up again about a week after they had fixed it so we went back in with the original receipt and I'm happy to report they honored their 90 days warranty with no questions asked! Unfortunately he broke his phone AGAIN since then (his mistake not theirs), but opted to replace the phone itself this time so I can't say whether or not the lcd would've held up better the second time but I can say that it was very comforting being able to score that repair (of the repair) free of charge - can't knock a company that guarantees their work! Thanks guys! We will be back when... Er.. I mean if - he breaks his iPhone+ any time in the future

I was strait up surprised when I first stumbled upon CelltoGet.com website. Before that, I had used a couple of alternative websites that also offered cheap prices and free shipping (and international shipping) but I decided I wanted to try out something new. It was a worthy decision. Turns out, not only is the customer service top, but shipping time was really fast as well! I am totally happy about shopping on celltoget and I will probably do so again in the future.

Okay, so maybe this place does deserve 5 stars and I am just overrating it because , but...THEY REPAIRED MY PHONE THE SAME DAY!!! . There werent too many ratings for this place, but I called and asked if they had the LCD screen for my phone. They had it in stock, so I raced over. They issued me a receipt and dident make me pay until the repair was done. Not a cheap repair, but I have a working phone now. They speak English well and they fairly friendly. Yeah, parking is nasty, but that's new york. Try this place out.
