Recently ordered a phone only to find out a couple of days later that the phone is out of stock. Three days after that the phone page still shows the phone as available and on sale. This indicates that their product sale page is not connected to their back end data on stocking levels, a major red flag for any online retailer. It's poor performance for any site to not update a product page with availability more than a week after they are canceling orders. Overall, a poor buying experience and I would recommend that they work on automating availability on their product page based on their back end data. Anything else is down right misleading to your customers and tells them that you can't be trusted.

Ive been schemed over a lot of times. Phone companies especially. Thing is, because they ship internationally a lot of times, you never know what youre going to get and one of the common problems arise: 1) Too pricy 2) Too long to wait 3) Doesnt work I tried the popular online sites and wanted to try someone different, but they needed to have expo3erience. I called cell2get and the sales rep quoted that he has been in the business for 15 years. So far so good. I wanted a Motorola Edge, nothing to crazy, but it had a good camera and was reliable,. Im proud to say that so was this service. The representative actually found me the cheapest version of the [phone with no bells and whistles and made sure it was one that I wanted. The phone got here 5 days later. The little phone is brand new and works as fast as advertised. Now Im taking photos and hiking with perfect reception. Im very surprised and very thankful that there are business like cell2get out there.

Most businesses, especially cell phones or cars or that type of thing, dont value you. They dont want your life story, they just want to make the sale. I own a small business so i totally get this. I have several phones from AT&T and the quality has always been good but it was th3e service from Cell2get which surprised me. They didnt rush me. They didnt insist on anything. Their policies are understandable and explicit to the customer, their warrantees are always there, and the quality/shipment of the phone is new quality. The only thing which wasn't spit on was that I ordered a case and that the case arrived 5 days later. Probably had "fragile" written on it for no reason. Whatever the case, the customer service was just that and the phone has never treated me so well. Great business overall.

Cell2get makes buying phones easy. If you dont want something then you dont get it. If you want it brand new and shipped by Tuesday, it will be. The service is reliable and quick, the prices are fair and even better than other sites, and they never leave you with your head in the clouds...or up your own butt. Cell2get got me new Pantech P2050 and Ive been bragging to my friends ever since. One of my friends is still waiting for his phone to come. I would easily buy from these guys again and am happy to have found them when I did.

Its hard to find good service nowadays but cell2get makes it seem easy. These guys are quick, helpful, and informative. I needed a new Samsung Galaxy Note and knew that because this phone was in such high demand that it might be very hard for me to find a fair one to get to where I am in Louissiana on time. I called cell2get because a lot of my friends had used them before. I explained what I wanted, added some accessories, and chose 3 day-shipping. The prices were affordable, maybe even better than some odd auction sites, and the shipping and handling was perfect. The phone looked awesome. I thank these guys a lot because they clearly cared about me when I was so nervous.

Granted I wanted a lot but this time Cell2get came up just short of hitting the grand prize. I shop from cell2get repeatedly and am never disappointed. This time I wanted a Lg phone with extended battery, car charger, and an otter box. They didnt even have otter boxes at the time but were going to order one for me! Everything came on time and I was met with the same reliability as usual from these guys but when the phone came it was scratched up. Mainly on the back. This was noticeable because its a cool white phone. I used the otter box to hide this but it still was unfortunate that this occured. Might have been a shipping issue. Still a great retailer and am looking forward to shopping from them again.

Ive bought a lot of cell phones from cell2get in the past. Ive never been disappointed until now. Really,m this wasnt even a problem with the company. At this point they know my name and they treat me with respect but something was wrong with my Moto Razor that i got. The phone came looking poor. The phone worked poorly. The phone came a week late. I called up the company and complained and they sounded sorry about the trouble. Still, they should be on top of their merchandise. Possibly this was a slip in the system and I dont think it will be happening again, but this time, the company does not deserve my usual praise. Better luck for my next purchase.
