Phone arrived missing charger but company made it right I called them and they overnight the charger. The phone work now placed another order from tbem for the same kyoucera e4811 phone.

Mi experiencia con Cell2Get – recomiendo verificar muy bien lo que reciben Compré en Cell2Get el pedido #910554 el 18 de septiembre de 2026. El teléfono anunciado era un Samsung Galaxy A16 5G de 256 GB, 8 GB de RAM, Dual SIM y GSM Factory Unlocked. Recibí el teléfono el 22 de septiembre y, al revisar las especificaciones directamente en el equipo, encontré que muestra 4 GB de RAM y aproximadamente 120 GB de almacenamiento disponible. Además, el modelo aparece como A16F/DSB, diferente de la configuración que esperaba según el anuncio. Compré este teléfono específicamente para utilizarlo en Cuba, por lo que estas especificaciones eran muy importantes para mí. Ya contacté a Cell2Get para solicitar una explicación y una solución. Mientras espero su respuesta, quiero compartir mi experiencia para que otros compradores revisen cuidadosamente el modelo, la RAM y el almacenamiento del teléfono que reciben y los comparen con lo que aparece en el anuncio antes de quedarse con el equipo. Espero que Cell2Get pueda aclarar esta situación y ofrecer una solución satisfactoria.

Phone was in good condition, but was locked. Customer service delayed, avoided, hung up on calls. They did not offer to unlock or replace the phone. Very unsatisfactory experience.

My new Kyocera E4610 that I bought does not work anymore

Great product as described brand new but shipping took longer then expected also did not come with SIM card so I spoke with them they advise me SIM card is not included with unlocked phones so I contact my service provider Verizon they gave me a SIM card overall I am very happy with the transaction just shipping could be improved
