Not worth my time and energy for the lies.
Every time I get my package it comes with a letter talking about "higher" payments. However the payments have dropped from $42.00 to $16.00. It is to the point where its not worth my time to bother with packing it and taking it to the post office to wait 3 weeks for $16. I think the last one I had sent will be my last.

Laura, we are stunned to see your 1-star rating. We have sent you over $1000 in the years that you have been a customer with us and have always been honest and reliable with you. We have very little control over the prices we can offer. Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase. We offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible. Unfortunately, we are seeing that with Freestyle Lite lately. We have raised the prices on a number of other strips and we are sorry that yours have not been one of them lately. We always display our current pricing right on our website so there should never be any surprise with your payout. In the years that you have been in business with us you know that the $42 that we were paying was way above normal and that our current pricing while less than it was historically is not that different. The lower price is the result of big pharma trying to put companies like ours out of business. We truly hope we can raise the prices soon for your strips.
