We are looking at faster methods of payment but we have concerns around cyber security and recent announcements from PayPal and CashApp that they will begin reporting annual payments above $600 to the IRS and that impacts the majority of our customers.

Hello Stacy, Thank you so much for your comment! We are glad to see you are okay with our service. ! We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our customers. Big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market. However, please keep an eye out because they do often go up!!

Lisa, thank you for reviewing us on TrustPilot. It is very easy to explain your issue. We pay out $10 per box for Freestyle LITE 50 Retail but you sent us Freestyle 50 Retail which we pay out $8 per box. Freestyle is different from Freestyle LITE which is why you received a different payout. Please also note that our NUMBER ONE instruction on both our website and in the information included with your kit states the following: "If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission." Had you reached out to us directly we would have explained that you sent us a different box than the price you looked at. We also would have provided you photos from your inspection report showing the damage caused by the improper removal of a label. However, our inspectors granted you a leeway and paid you out half price for them. We hope that explains your experience and that had you reviewed ANY of our information closely you would have not been surprised at all by your payout. We hope that you will reconsider your review.
