We are not able to accurately respond to this review because you filed it under the name "Sinu Sinu" and we have never interacted with anyone with the name Sinu. Hello Ron, Thank you so much for your comment, it helps us to improve our service! After checking your account we found an October 2021 shipment showing AccuCheck Guide products showing expiration dates in the next 3-9 months (from October 2021) and as stated in our policy, we pay 50% for products expiring in the next 3-9 months, we do this for the security of our future customers. We hope you understand!

Brenda, we completely understand your frustration! We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our customers. We have been in this business for a long time and have seen many competitors come and go because they lure people in with high prices and then go out of business and leave people out to dry. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably

Hi Michael! We wish we had more control over our pricing but big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market. We are basically at the mercy of our customers. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.

Thank you so much for reviewing us! We have very little control over the prices we can offer. Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase. We offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible. We would appreciate if you would review us on things we actually control. Thank you!

Delia, when you contacted us a smaller box was already on its way to you which is why you received two. Unfortunately, Dexcom products do not fit in our standard sized box and we are working to correct as fast as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work through the kinks of purchasing a new and very different product.
