James, we are going to reach out to you directly. We have explained to you repeatedly that our number one instruction both on our website and in the information included with your free mail kit states the following, "If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission." We have told you this numerous times dating all the way back to early 2021! We understand you want to keep removing the label but doing so does jeopardize your payout!

Ronald, we are so sad to see that something that is completely outside of our control is the reason for your 1-star rating. What makes us more sad to see your rating is that it has been over a year since we last received a shipment from you and the prices we are currently paying are more than double what you had been receiving when you stopped sending us shipments.

Allen, we are very sad to see the 1-star rating from you because you have been a customer of ours for a long time. You did recently receive a zero pay from us because you sent us six boxes of True Metrix test strips and we do not and have never purchase that brand. You have received a total of 7 free mail kits from us (returning 5 of them to be paid) and each one had the same statement in ALL CAPS right above the price table that we do not return items sent to us that are not on our approved purchase list. As you know, we pay to ship you the free mail kit AND pay for you to be able to ship your excess supply to us free of charge. If we then also returned items to customers that send us items that we did not ask for or want, then we would have to lower our payouts for all of our other customers, including the 4 ones you sent to us that you were paid a total of more than $300 for your supplies.
