Thank you for the honest feedback, Jaime. To clarify what happened: nothing in your shipment was refused — every item was accepted and paid, $122 total with your shipping bonus. The difference comes down to the items themselves: they're manufacturer-marked "sample" and "Not For Resale," which aren't the retail products our published prices cover. Rather than decline them, we paid our standard rates for that type of item — the same way we handled your first shipment in August. Our earlier reply explained that imprecisely and we're sorry for the confusion. We're updating our pricing pages so this is spelled out clearly before anyone ships. Jacqueline, I'd rather answer this plainly than leave it. We paid you in full for the first shipment you sent us, $130.00, and you wrote to us on September 23 confirming the payment had arrived. Your second shipment was a different situation: it contained 14 units of a brand we don't purchase and that isn't on our published list. That list is included in every free mail kit and is posted directly on our website. Prior to requesting a kit you are required to confirm that you have reviewed the list. We aren't able to pay for items we don't buy, and we aren't able to ship them back — that's set out in the terms agreed at submission, and it's there because we receive a large volume of shipments every day and cannot hold individual items aside. Where we genuinely failed you is everything in between: your inspection report showed items at $0.00 with no reason beside them, and you were told twice that your package hadn't arrived when it already had. That's what made this feel like something it wasn't, and it's being fixed. If you want to talk it through, email [email protected].

William, you've been selling to us for eight years — 22 shipments and more than $1,500 paid out to you — and I'd like to keep it that way, so let me explain this one. Two of the boxes in your September shipment reached us with the factory seals torn open. We photograph every inspection, so there is a picture of your boxes exactly as they arrived to us, and I'm glad to send it to you. We can only buy boxes that are still sealed, and items that don't pass inspection aren't shipped back — that's in the terms at submission and have been for each of the 22 shipments we have received from you. Where we let you down is the report itself: it showed you a $0 line without the reason beside it, so you were left to work it out alone. That's our failure and we're fixing it. Hello! Unfortunately, you decided to leave your name as Blank Blank in this review so we have no way of verifying if this was a real experience with our business. We stand by our A+ rating from the BBB and our over 1200 5-star reviews on TrustPilot. We should also remind you that we require every customer to check a box confirming that they understand that we only purchase the products that we specifically ask for and need and that we do NOT return any products that are sent to us. We then repeatedly remind our customers of that in every email we send and the text messages we send. In fact, we tell our customers over a dozen times before they sent products back to us what products we purchase and that we do not return anything sent to us. We do wish you had not decided to hide behind a secret persona in leaving this review but that does lead us to believe that you know you repeatedly ignored our clear instructions and did not want us to be able to specifically answer with that in our response.

As we have explained, we were able to confirm that your payment email was delivered to the email address we have on file ([email protected]) when we initially inspected your shipment. We then resent it today. Please check all folders (including Spam and Promotions!) as we do see that it was successfully delivered to your inbox! Hi Thomas, Would you please double check that you left a review for the right company? We are having trouble locating your name in our records. We searched for both "Thomas Britto" and just simply "Britto" and we do not have any customer that matches that name. We should also add that your experience does not at all sound like it was with our company. First, we are only paying $35 per Libre 3 sensor for a max possible payout of $140 given what you stated you sent. Also, that payout only goes to sensors that are 6+ months from expiration, not the 5 months you mention in your review. Our number one instruction states, "1. Inspect the items you are selling. Make sure they are factory sealed and unexpired. If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission." We require all customers to confirm that they have reviewed our instructions and expiration policy prior to being able to request a free mail kit from them. We then remind them repeatedly in all of the emails that we send them and then include the same information in printed format with each free mail kit. Again, we believe you have us confused with another company. Please double check your records!

Thank you for the feedback, Dennis, and I'm sorry this ended on a bad note. To be straight with you: we don't purchase -011 coded Dexcom G7 sensors, and our instructions ask customers to contact us before sending any Dexcom product so we can confirm in advance what we're able to take and what it's worth. We don't show a record of hearing from you before that shipment arrived — if we missed a message, please tell us and we'll look again. The amount reflected product we don't normally purchase at all but gave you some leeway as a repeat customer, which is why it looked nothing like what you'd seen before. Hi Jim, Thank you so much for posting. We do sincerely apologize for the delay in your payment. Please understand that our local USPS office lost your package and did not deliver it to us until the end of March despite what the website said. When we heard that your payment was not sent to the correct address we immediately overnighted you a check for $555. We see that it was cashed yesterday. We do hope that you will change your review as we always stand by our word and will always make sure that our customers get paid.
