It looks like that link hasn't been opened yet, so the funds are sitting there ready for you. Please check your email for a message from us with the subject "Payment Update" (it may be in spam or promotions), or email us at [email protected] and we'll resend the link and walk you through it — it takes about two minutes. We're sorry the process wasn't clearer, and we're making the payment emails easier to recognize so this doesn't happen to others.

UPDATE: The reviewer was issued a fresh link (the original one expired because the reviewer did not click it in time). Our records show that he has selected a payment method which means the funds have been withdrawn from our account. We do hope that he changes this review to reflect his experience. We see that we received your shipment on July 13th as you stated and we see that we sent you a link to your digital payment that same day. It was sent to the email address we had on file when you signed up for our service. Please search your records for an email that may have come from Dots, our digital payment partner. We should also add that the first time we have a record of you contacting us was about 20 minutes before you left this review. We do not have any record of an email, text or call from you until a few minutes ago. Had you reached out to us earlier (or given us time to respond before leaving this review) we would have sent you the link to your payment directly. Our customer service representatives are away from the office over the weekend. Rest assured you will be assisted within one business day of us receiving your inquiry. Thanks for sending your supplies in, Autumn. Payment goes out once your shipment has been inspected, which is usually within a couple of days of it reaching us. We also have digital payment options that get funds to you faster than a mailed check. Hi Gene, We do not see a recent shipment from someone with your name. Are you sure you are leaving a review for the right company? We see a recent shipment from someone named "Larry Chaney" that we think could be you but we have only ever received two shipments from that person (November 2024 and March 2025). That person received a lower payout for their second shipment because they sent us DIFFERENT products. In November 2024, they sent us One Touch ULTRA and in March 2025 they sent us One Touch VERIO. While both One Touch products they are different brands and they price we pay is different because the big pharma company that manufacturers them has determined that one is worth less. We did review both inspection reports and that Larry Chaney received the FULL payout they should have expected to receive given the types of products that they sent and their expiration dates. The difference in payout stemmed entirely from sending a different kind of product.

WE should also note that test strips are becoming an outdated technology as more and more people switch to CGM devices. As a result, the value of test strips is reflecting the changing technology landscape. We promise to always give you the highest possible payouts that we can!

We should also add that test strips are becoming an outdated technology as more and more people switch to CGM. Sadly, as they become outdated the prices will reflect that (just like what happened with flip phones after the iPhone was introduced).
