I just received my NOAH case I ordered on the 8th only took 6 days and they delivered on a Sunday with is pretty cool. Case is pretty sleek. Screen covers are nice only thing I didnt like is it doesn't cover the entire screen around edges and my fingerprint doesn't work.

Case received is not MagSafe compatible. The phone does not do wireless charging with the new case.

Hi there, Shelly here from the Caseles team. I completely understand your anger, and I’m genuinely sorry for the awful experience. Receiving a case with a broken hinge right out of the box is unacceptable. What’s even worse is being asked to pay $40 in shipping just to replace an item that arrived defective in the first place—and then having your emails go unanswered. If a product arrives broken, making it right should never cost you a single extra dime or turn into a headache. I want to take care of this directly and make sure you aren't left out of pocket. Could you please send a quick email to [email protected] with your Order Number and put "Attn: Shelly - Damaged Hinge Resolution" in the subject line? I will personally pull your ticket from the system and get your order refunded in full today. Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com

Enjoy your new case! Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Horrible experience. I received the wrong product and they have completely ghosted me, so I'm down $90 and have a product that is completely useless to me. You can also just buy the exact same products on aliexpress for a fraction of the price

Hi there, Shelly here from Caseles. I am really sorry to hear about this, and I completely understand why you're so frustrated. Being out $90, getting the wrong product, and feeling completely ghosted by support is the absolute worst experience to have. We try to respond to every customer message, but if yours slipped through our system or ended up caught in a spam filter while you were waiting for help, that is entirely on us. If we sent you the wrong item, you should never have to fight for a resolution or sit on a useless product. I want to fix this for you personally and make sure you get your money back without any runaround. Could you please send an email to [email protected] with your Order Number and put "Attn: Shelly - Wrong Product Refund" in the subject line? I’ll keep an eye out for it in my inbox so I can pull up your account and process a full $90 refund for you right away. Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com

Ordered the Eve case for the wife's Samsung Galaxy S26 Utlra in Aurora Black. When the case finally arrived, it was Aurora Pink. I have sent several emails trying to arrange and replacement for the correct color and phone calls end up going to a voice mail box that is FULL. The product is great but the Customer Service need a major rework. My wife was tired of the continual delay in replacing the case for the correct color, so she opted to go with a different vendor.

Hi there, Shelly here from the Caseles team. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with both the case and lanyard quality, as well as the support you received. When you order accessories, they should arrive exactly as described and feel sturdy in hand. Hearing that the build fell short and that our service didn't take proper care of you is completely on us. You shouldn't have to keep gear that you're unhappy with or struggle to get a straight answer from our team. I want to handle this for you personally today. Could you please drop me a quick email at [email protected] with your Order Number and put "Attn: Shelly - Quality & Service Review" in the subject line? I’ll pull up your details directly and get a full refund processed for you right away so you don't have to spend any more time on this. Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com

The camera lens covers were not with the case and I can not get a reply from support.
Response from CaselesSep 1, 2026
Hi there, Shelly here from the Caseles team. I'm really sorry to hear that your camera lens covers were missing from the package and that you haven't received a response from support yet. Opening your delivery only to find items left out is frustrating on its own, but waiting on an email reply and hearing nothing back makes it ten times worse. That’s a clear packing error on our warehouse side, and our support queue should have gotten back to you much faster to sort it out. You shouldn't have to chase us down just to get what you paid for. I want to take care of this for you personally today, whether you'd prefer an immediate partial/full refund or a package rushed out with the missing lens protectors. Could you please shoot a quick email to [email protected] with your Order Number and put "Attn: Shelly - Missing Lens Covers" in the subject line? I am monitoring this inbox myself and will pull up your order to get this resolved for you right away. Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com

Terrible product junk not real leather and cost a portion to send back to Asia Florida co handles nothing worst thing I have ever purchased cheap looking can't put cards in holder as then the magnetic clasp no longer closes
Response from CaselesSep 1, 2026
Hi there, Shelly here from Caseles. I'm really sorry to read this, and I completely get your frustration. If a wallet case doesn't close once you put your standard cards inside, it completely defeats the purpose of buying it. On top of that, you shouldn't have to face expensive overseas return shipping when a product arrives feeling cheap or unusable. If our gear doesn't function as advertised, the headache shouldn't fall back on you. I want to make sure you aren't stuck with a product you hate or forced to pay out-of-pocket for international returns. Could you please shoot an email directly to [email protected] with your Order Number and put "Attn: Shelly - Wallet Case Refund" in the subject line? I’ll personally locate your order in our system and get a full refund issued for you right away so this is taken care of. Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com
