Its 50/50,, the problem is 1 of the side protection was ripped & I had to use 1 of the 4 spares I had, wasn't expecting to change it straight away, So I,ll appreciate it if u can send me more spare corner protection or where I can get some please, & the original box is supposed 2 be white, I got it in black, did I get the original product, appreciate it if caseles can send me some more side protection please.

Very responsive with inquiries prior to purchase. Delivery took just under one month. The case was good but too heavy so i requested a return multiple times via email and via phone with NO followup! Do not use the company!!! Buyer beware!

They are ignoring my phone calls, and my emails trying to cancel my order. They have not responded in any way and I want a full refund due to there policy on their website.

Disappointing quality, inadequate protection and very poor customer service I purchased a phone case for my new iPhone 18 Pro Max from Caseles, expecting a good-quality product that would properly fit and protect my phone. Unfortunately, the case does not fit properly and does not provide full protection around the phone. The quality also feels much cheaper than I expected for a product sold at this price. The company’s website gives the impression of an American-based business, referring to its US presence and design teams. I was therefore surprised to discover that my order was shipped from China and took nearly three weeks to arrive. When I subsequently tried to return the case, I was told I would have to pay international postage to send it back to Asia. I feel this is important information that customers should be aware of before placing an order. When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was offered three options: pay a further $19.99 for another case, accept a partial refund of $10.99 with the balance in store credit, or pay to return the item to China at my own expense. I explained that I was unhappy with these options and asked whether the company could provide a more reasonable solution. After several emails, including a formal complaint, I have still received no reply. The lack of customer service has been just as disappointing as the product itself. I have made every effort to resolve this matter amicably, but my emails have simply been ignored. Having since looked at other customers’ reviews, I am concerned that my experience is not an isolated one. Based on my experience, I would not buy from Caseles again. I would advise anyone considering a purchase to check the product quality, delivery arrangements and returns policy carefully before ordering.

The case arrived very well packed and it is just what I wanted. Well made and suits my 18 Pro max perfectly. It may have taken longer than an Amazon purchase but it was worth the wait.

I had to buy another case it took a long time to get it I’ll never order nothing from you guys again.
