Well, I am brand new, just signed up, and don't enjoy going on line . So, I'll be a 'slow-to-warm-up' beginner. Nevertheless I am Glad to have decided to give it a try. Thanks, Katya B. Post Script: Some things One buys or signs up for. by their very nature, take time to show "results." It's the very same as buying Insurance.

CarSure seems to be the best after-market car warranty I've ever had. I would totally recommend this company to any one. It was easy to sign up, payment terms were wonderful, and the employees I've spoken to are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, plus answers to things I hadn't thought of. Rob is the person I spoke to today and he's awesome. He made my dreary February day a happy one!

I purchased this warranty in 2017. I paid off my policy in full before utilizing a claim. My oil pump messed up and needed to be fixed, which is a covered part under the warranty. I took my car to an automotive shop and it took a month of going back and forth with CareSure to try and fix my car. I sent in 18 months worth of matience records and all. Finally after a month i literally called on a daily basis. My claim was denied for a covered part and i decided to cancel my policy. I sent in my cancellation letter January 25, 2019 and was told it takes 6-10 business to process. Here it is almost February 25, 2019 and im still being told my refunf for my policy is being sent out on friday. This company lies so much and they dont have a clue about how contracts are supposed to upheld. I have been told every friday for the last 3 weeks my refund amount will be sent on Friday. I still haven't gotten my money yet. DON'T PURCHASE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND EVEN AFTER CANCELING YOUR CONTRACT AND WANTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

I have auto pay and one month they charged me 2.00 on line bill. It’s supposed to be $ 114.58 and it was 116.58. Also I was told they tried to make the Jan PMT and it was declined. I called my bank and they said there was never an amount for $114.58 and they had never returned anything. I’m not too happy with that. I suggest you try again. Barbara & Michael Garner B
