I have bought many vehicles from this company (Car Sure) and every time the service & support was fantastic. One of the vehicles did have a fault , however this was dealt with & resolved without any hesitation & no extra cost. My wife's vehicle has also recently just broken down (not a vehicle from Car Sure) i was supported by the AA, who followed me to Car Sure the same night. However i asked for Car Sure to repair this ( starter Motor) This was done within a few hours at a very good cost rate. Again the service and support was on another level, i personally will not use any other car dealer or garage now from the experience that i have received over the years from Car Sure. Thank you Kev & Team, keep up the good work, can't thank you guys enough.

On April 23rd 2020 During The Great Corona Pandemic, I Had Brought My Car Into A Nissan Dealership In Upstate NY, To Have Some Work Done.. WHICH Turned Out To Be More Than I assumed it would be, The Company Went Far And Beyond "Carcare".. Its expected and also documented Duties..and Granted approval for my Car to Be Fixed properly.. Not many if any Companies would do that.. I Myself Personally Thank" Rick"which was completely Helpful and supportive..and the Company of Carsure as A whole for Helping Me A Disabled Service Connected Veteran in The Time of Need In A World Wild Pandemic.. They've Givin Back ,And Thank You For Your Service CarCare.. I SALUTE YOU...👨‍✈️👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

CarSure is great I had a thermostat problems for got the whole thing replace with housing and sensors.also both control arms replace and only paid my deductible.the first warranty that paid for something.there great

I phoned today and spoke to Michelle to advise that my husband had passed away 3 weeks ago. I wanted to know if this plan could be transferred into my name and what was required. She confirmed that I am also "named" in the plan although it isn't "shown" in the paperwork. I also wanted to know if this was transferable in the event I sold the vehicle. She confirmed it was and immediately sent the documents via email, together with instructions. Service doesn't get much better than this!! Barbara Harris

I was going to cancel my service because of financial difficulties but that changed they work something out so I could stay on I'm grateful.

I'm so glad I switched to CarSure their customer service is excellent and helpful with all questions given to them. I was with CarShield and had a terrible experience with them they are a deceptive company didn't pay for repairs that should have been done and having me to come out of pocket more than 100.00 deductible. That's why I'm glad I switched to CarSure and you all keep up the excellent work providing excellent service to your customers. Sincerely Cathy Osborne

I must give you a rating of 5 stars. My claim was handled expertly. I heard no complaints from the shop that handled my repair on my Air Conditioner.
