I have a 2013 Buick Verano.I am very dissatisfied with CarSure This the second time that the car has been in for a repair. This is the second time that Car sure will not pay for the repair. The first time was an Emission control module that wasn't covered. This time I had a Front wheel bearing hub go. It was not covered because the bearing isn't directly on the Axel. I was told first by the Lady that Buick front wheel hub bear is not covered. She told me that Buick was the only car that had this type of assy. I explained that Front wheel drive cars all had this type of design. It wasn't covered I spoke to a Supervisor. He said if the bearing were directly on the axel it would be covered. Because the axel goes into the hub it is not covered. Then I asked him about a rear wheel drive car Front wheel bearing. There are two wheel bearings on the front of this car. His response was only 1 bearing is covered. This is totally bull sh_t. The television ads are extremely misleading. I am in the process of cancelling my contract with CarSure

Deceptive practices to trick victims into calling to buy warranties. I received a card in the mail appearing to be urgent. Contained bright red, bold text and wording such as, "TIME SENSITIVE", "CALL IMMEDIATELY", and "VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE". The card did NOT contain the company's name at all. It stated that my car's warranty is about to expire (it isn't) and attempts to make it appear as if this card is coming from the manufacturer. After calling to have my name removed from their list, they refused to give me specifics on how they obtained my information. The supervisor who I spoke to, Jason Ingold, stated that he did not find the mailer to be deceptive, and then proceeded to lie to me stating that their company's name was on the card, when it in fact isn't.
