I have traveled away from home for work for 20 years now I have retired and still take the same bag with me that has fitted at my feet and above locker, they are not telling me. It’s too big, but it still fits , into their required limits with push . Also, when I was all my outward journey I cut my arm on the door to the toilet had a sharp edge well of the members of Staff treated it to say professionally. Four weeks later, I still have a whole on my forearm, I saw whenever an accident was lodged. I might have got some sort of email or correspondence as an apology, but zero. 

Easyjet autohuur. Malpenza, een of andere onderhuurder. Wij hebben 1 creditcard en die staat op mijn naam. Mijn vrouw had per ongeluk de vlucht geboekt onder haar meisjesnaam en betaald met ONZE creditcard waar toevallig mijn naam op staat. Ben je ook het haasje, zelfde verhaal als het andere stel, of ik ff bijna 300 euro extra af wilde tikken voor een verzekering die we al betaald hadden. Het ergste is nog de routine waarmee deze meneer ons dit vertelde. Dit gebeurt dagelijks, en mijns inziens het hele verdienmodel hierachter. Easyjet, dit zijn schuinmarcheerderspraktijken!

DO NOY USE EASYJET. We hired a car online and paid for insurance. When we arrived the car was through a 3rd party, OK Mobility. They would not let us take a car because they said we were not insured through them. $287 was the cost. It was 1am and my partner is disabled. Easyjet said that because I signed to accept the fee then I had no claim. I explained that they gave me two choices.. sign or no car. Still rejected.

Nous avons loué une voiture par l'intermédiaire d'easyjet avec le vol sur Brindisi, avec prise d'assurance. Mais à l'agence de Brindisi, il refuse de prendre en compte cette assurance, soi disant pas valable, et nous oblige à en reprendre une chez eux, bcp plus chère !! Et cerise sur le gâteau, obligé également de payer un 2ème chauffeur, car resa au nom de madame et non de monsieur, impossible de mettre monsieur chauffeur seulement !!! Bref arnaque ++

Rented a car via EasyJet. When we arrived with an hour and an half delay (with EasyJet), we found out that the desk had closed (after spending 30 minutes trying to locate it). Reimbursement claim is apparently taking nearly a month. Total scam.

Booked a car using EasyJet and booked Wheego. Total scam, they pressure you to buy extra insurance, I said I don’t need it. Their document showing previous damage was incorrect and I took my own pictures, now they find a mark on the bumper and charge me 900 euros, quoting my photos as proof it wasn’t there previously. Now I find plenty of similar complaints on line of the same scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Thieves liars and they know what they are doing.

When anything goes wrong, terrible customer service and almost impossible to contact via website. App booked my car for an extra week and I was unable to correct it. Support, complaints for hours and hours with terrible service.
