This is the worst service I have ever gotten. The man on the phone who was supposed to help me was incredibly condescending. The website is basically a scam and changes all information in order to get more money from you. I hope EasyJet car rentals get shut down. This has ruined my entire trip and I am down so much money.

Easyjet promoted this car hire company. The Easyjet flight was delayed by an hour and three-quarters with a failure of their service engineers to silence a faulty toilet alarm. On arrival, Okmobility had shut their desk so a different company had to be approached to rent a car at a higher price. Easyjet have ignored my request for recompense.

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Car Rental Experience I had a terrible experience with EasyJet Car Rental (via Europcar) at Pisa Airport on 28 May 2025. After presenting all the required documents,and refused to take all the insurances offered as i got my own, I was handed the paperwork and directed to collect the vehicle — a black Lancia — which turned out to be covered in dents and scratches and not super clean. I returned to the desk to request someone inspect the car with me, but was sent back to the car park, where no staff were available to help. I was then told the damage report (in a jumbled mix of English and Italian) was “good enough” and that someone would check the car with me but again noone was on the car park. When I returned again to the desk and said the car was not acceptable, I was told there were no replacement vehicles. I had no choice but to cancel the booking and hand the keys back. They said my deposit was refunded but I’d need to chase EasyJet Car Rental directly for the rest. I spent over an hour chatting online with a rep who clearly didn’t read my messages. He refused a refund claiming the vehicle was “working” . I had to take a last-minute train, paid out of pocket, and arrived over 2 hours late to a scheduled event. No help, no alternatives, no apology. I’ve rented cars around the world and never experienced anything this bad. Not only was the car unacceptable, the service was non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend EasyJet Car Rental to anyone. A complete waste of time and money.When i pay for my hard earn cash i expect a vehicule in good condition.Or maybe i shall paid with torn notes and bended coins. ⸻

easyJet car rental worst scam ever ! They should be forbidden in the EU !

Rubbish , they charge you extra insuarance on arrival , and they try and say they will take 1,400 which they can’t guarantee they will return as the insurance does not cover. It was a rubbish advice

This is honestly the worst service I've ever received in my life. The initial error was my mistake (credit card in other travellers name) but it could have been easily rectified. After spending 3 hours trying to get my hire car in Venice from a company easyjet provided us, despite the fact it was their delays in fixing it we were told we were past the pick up time and couldn't have the car. Complaint being logged. No one helped, we were told incorrect info at every turn and no-one seemed to have any care for the fact I had 3 kids with me stuck in the airport and they said they wont refund the car. Utterly horrible experience

I just booked an easy jet car rental and the provider do not accept credit cards . I was made aware after I paid with a debit card but was not able to recover the money.Reply from support 10 minutes after paid: 18/05/2025 22:28 Unfortunately, if the booking was rebooking within 48 prior to the pick-up time, no refund will be issued for the car rental amount, according to the late rebooking policy. I'm very sorry, but the policy still applies even if the booking was just made. They were also mentioned before selecting the offer, on the "Terms & Conditions" or "Important Information" window. And lastly, on the payment page, before proceeding with the payment, where you had to tick a little box for the payment to go through.

AVIS CLIENT — À fuir : Drivalia, EasyJet, CarTrawler ❌ Escroquerie, violence, séquestration : notre cauchemar en Espagne. Si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile ce serait fait... Nous avons vécu une expérience traumatisante avec Drivalia à l’aéroport de Valence (Espagne), après avoir loué une voiture via EasyJet/CarTrawler. Tout était payé à l’avance, mais l’agence a refusé de nous remettre le véhicule sous prétexte que nous ne pouvions pas fournir le code PIN de la carte de crédit utilisée (oublié). Bien que nous soyons mariés, ils ont refusé de prendre ma carte, refusé un dépôt en cash de 1000€, et refusé toute alternative. Le personnel s’est montré agressif, inflexible et malhonnête : impossible d’obtenir le nom de l’employé ou de son supérieur. Ils sont allés jusqu’à nous enfermer dans le garage avec nos 3 jeunes enfants, appeler la police et menacer mon mari d’une lourde amende s’il ne supprimait pas une photo de l’employé (prise pour preuve). Le pire : l’employé a porté un coup de coude à mon mari, quand nous avons forcé l'accès pour sortir du garage, provoquant un hématome violent (photo transmise à Drivalia, restée sans suite). Nos enfants, en pleurs, étaient terrifiés, croyant que leurs parents allaient être arrêtés. Nous avons finalement dû louer une voiture chez Goldcar, qui – surprise – a accepté n’importe quelle carte bancaire, mais en nous imposant un tarif exorbitant vu notre situation d’urgence. Depuis, nous tentons d’obtenir un remboursement via EasyJet/CarTrawler, mais tout est fait pour épuiser et décourager les clients : procédures interminables, demandes absurdes, service client inexistant. Nous avons l’impression que le système est conçu pour voler les gens, en vendant une fausse assurance inutile. Même avec une protection achetée à l’avance, vous ne recevrez aucune aide en cas de problème. Nous ne réserverons plus jamais une voiture via EasyJet ou CarTrawler, qui se rendent complices de pratiques frauduleuses. Selon un avocat, ce que nous avons vécu est pénalement répréhensible. 👉 Parents, voyageurs : fuyez Drivalia. Ne faites pas confiance à EasyJet pour votre location de voiture.
