Please anyone who reads this DO NOT give eazy jet any money for car hire. We have just had a delayed easyjet flight to kefalonia only to be told when we were 1.5 hours late to pick up the car that as we were a no show the booking had been cancelled and we were not entitiled to a refund. We were shouted at by the man in the 3rd party car hire place and when we called easyjet customer services the man said there is nothing we can do for you. So we had no car and no refund so can i once again say DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BOOK CAR HIRE WITH SLEEZEJET

Terrible. (BSL airport) They promised a full insurance, but it is through a 3rd party agent and the actual car rental company took advantage of it and claimed 1700eur damage where AFAIK no damage done. I can't contact them no matter how I try, they're not picking the phone and also Thrifty (the actual car rental company) are not available. Now I need to wait 25 days until I hear back from them and probably will have to pay a lot of it out of my pocket.

Dreadful service from rental company ok mobility organised through EasyJet . Two return air tickets bought but rental company refused to accept my credit card as security as I’m not main driver (I offered to be this and I had bought all the tickets and paid for car) . We are a married couple so my card should have sufficed. This refusal resulted in an extra insurance fee of 420 euros non refundable plus 100 euros for fuel on top of rental charge and on top of original AXA insurance. Ghastly experience in airport terminal with surly, unhelpful staff. They refused to add my name to booking to help us out . This is Ok mobility at Pisa . Don’t touch this company or the easyJet deal even if the rates look tempting. There are hidden extras . A really nasty start to holiday.

Left in Belfast without the car we paid for and told we can't get a refund due to there booking error flight delays and europcar main office no being open till 9am The reason for the REFUND being refused is that the pickup time allocated by easyjet and us finally getting through to a helpdesk was 2 hours past the collection time even the fact that we had not been able to collect the car due to an issue with europcar having to speak with there office staff

Ça en est terminé avec cette compagnie ATROCE en terme de relations clients. Une réservation pour 2 voyageurs en complément du vol sur leur compagnie. Mais voilà, le nom du conducteur principal mis par défaut au moment de l'enregistrement en ligne est non modifiable (même si cette personne n'a pas le permis) et ma femme a un permis chilien. Une fois arrivés à l'agence, impossible de louer une voiture sans permis international. Les échanges ne changent rien et easyjet cars s'est montré inflexible en nous renvoyant aux conditions générales de vente alors qu'il n'est pas précisé que le permis international est obligatoire et nous avons d'ailleurs pu louer chez une autre agence à coté. Résultat : pas de voiture et aucun remboursement des 200 Euros. Une totale ESCROQUERIE

They will charge your credit card minimum of £1500 if you do not take an additional car protection package, then when they inspect the car be warned even if they point defects out and not report then charge you for on the final inspection. Lesson no photographs no way to argue against this scam.

In nearly 40 years of car rental experience through many different companies, EasyJet Car Rental is my worst experience. Collection office staff were disinterested and the directions to the car vague, 1/2 mile away in a multi-storey car park. No staff there except a mechanic working in a car, did not not want to help but eventually got a key for us. Lots of additional bumps & scratches not on the paperwork, had to go back to the office 1/2 mile away. Eventually set off but then realised the car had a puncture which delayed us 3 hours whilst we paid to get it repair at our expense. When we returned the car they weren’t interested in our issues Email EasyJet, not interested.

Terrible Experience – Misleading Insurance Through EasyJet Website I had an awful experience with EasyJet Car Hire and their partner OK Mobility in Tenerife. I booked my car hire directly through the EasyJet website and, as recommended, purchased the additional insurance offered during the booking process. When I arrived at the OK Mobility desk in Tenerife, I was shocked to be told that the insurance I bought via EasyJet was not accepted. They claimed it didn’t cover me, and refused to give me the car unless I purchased their own insurance – which was an unexpected additional cost. It felt like I was being forced into buying a duplicate policy just to access the vehicle I had already paid for. No help was offered by either EasyJet or OK Mobility at the time, and I felt completely let down and misled. This ruined the start of my trip and left a very bitter taste. I trusted EasyJet to provide a seamless and transparent service, but this was far from it. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when booking car hire through EasyJet – especially in Tenerife with OK Mobility. Make sure you read the fine print and do not assume the insurance you buy through EasyJet will be honoured by the car rental company. Very disappointed and unlikely to use this service again.
