This company is scam! What's out, don't buy here

Sent faulty product, i told them within 14 days. They will not accept a return! Raising with authorities in UK to ban their trade here if they cannot meet UK Standards.

I would not recommend this product. I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado and tried hooking it up. Didn't work so I asked to return the device. I have now received no less than 5 emails with them wanting to troubleshoot.... All I want to do is return the item. Filed a complaint with Paypal as a result.

Nachdem die erste Bestellung - trotz 30$ Aufpreis - nicht rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten ankam und deshalb nicht mehr gebraucht wurde, gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, das Gerät nach China(!!) zurückzusenden, wobei man einen falschen Wert ("10$") und einen falschen Inhalt ("USB-cable") angeben soll. Wörtlich: "When filling out the customs form, please set the value to $10 so it will not get stuck in customs for checking." Wir sollen uns also an einem Betrug oder Zolldelikt beteiligen. Extrem unseriös!

Absolutely rubbish company, rubbish customer service, rubbish product, should have checked here first before making the purchase, I got the product it never worked for me even though it stated on the website it will work for my car, I sent the product back and it’s been 5 months and still got no refund, they keep making things up so they don’t have to give my money back. DO NOT USE THEM absolutely rubbish

This company is a complete rip off. Parcel never arrived and they state that they are looking into an investigation with the courier. They cannot provide evidence and tracking says still in transit. Doing everything they can to not refund. Complete fraudsters. Will be escalating to legal departments after formally requesting a refund was rejected.

Terrible customer service it stopped working after 6 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paypal wouldn't help and carplay2air didn't even respond to emails........avoid at all costs. After reading comments here it looks like they want people to return the faulty item to China with a stupidly high cost attached !!!

Same experience as others. Bad company, bad support Product is late, asked for refund - they invent all kind of reasons not to give the money back I'm making complaints to the Delaware Department of Justice - state where this "company" is registered - advise to do the same "attorneygeneral space delaware dot gov/fraud/cmu/complaint/" Avoid at all costs
