Emily ~ Thank you so much for the 5-star review. We try so very hard to make sure we keep our customers happy. Henry Scott, our owner, built our business on his reputation for a quality install and attention to his customers' requests. Our average installation crew has been with us for over 19 years and we are very comfortable sending them into our customers' homes. Thank you for your business and this stellar review. Matthew ~ Thank you for the 5-star review. I wished we could take all the credit, however we are very dependent on our suppliers to get products here in a timely manner. We can take credit for making sure that your installation date is set once your materials arrive in our warehouse. We are very focused on our customer's time, and we understand that importance of "on time delivery", which is why our installation scheduler does everything possible to beat those deadlines. We certainly appreciate your feedback and we appreciate your business. Enjoy your new floors. The Team at Carpet One By Henry

Gail ~ I am really sorry to hear about your experience with our N. Church Street store. This is really not the way that we handle our business. I did reach out to our Account Executive to find out what happened on our end. I was able to determine that our Account Executive was trying to schedule a time that both she and our installation manger could come out together, because she understood that there were multiple layers of flooring at your home that would need to be examined. In cases like this, we do prefer that our Installation & Customer Service manager accompany our Account Executives to the home, as he can help evaluate what we can and can not do. I believe that our Account Executive tried to reach back out to you but had been unable to catch back up with you. I am very sorry to hear about your wife's condition and can certainly understand the urgency of getting a new floor down. Please call me direct if you are willing to give us another opportunity to work with you and I can help coordinate the scheduling of calendars on our end. I can be reached at 336-379-1018.
