Great job!
Capet One by Henry has employees who are helpful, efficient, do excellent work and have great customer service. The installers worked hard and did a great job! I am pleased with the product, staff and installation. I will definitely do business with them again.

Very good business to work with
Very good business to work with. Lots of carpet choices. I bought carpet at a very competitive sale price and am very pleased with it. Very strong warranty. Installation mgr came out to check measurements and to determine best placement of seams. Kept in touch up to installation day. Pricing is clear, with pricing for carpet, pad and installation separate. No free installation gimmicks. The install was done very well and the carpet looks great.

100% Remote and Online Transaction
Our experience and transactions were 100% remote. I worked with my local Chesapeake, VA franchise and then reached out to the Greensboro location. They understood I had a quick turnaround to replace upstairs carpet in our new home. Tracey Childs made it happen! She measured within 24 hours and sent options to fit our budget including video, pix, and product details. Her knowledge of inventory and shipping were spot on! Installers prompt and courteous.
