Totally professional. Great people to do business with from staff to the craft people. Nice to deal with competent people who take care of your issues with a smile and competence, at a very reasonable price. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you Tamela, Gary and Pat.

Floor is a improvement, but it squeaks a lot the wood almost matches wood in the rest of the house but not as shinny kind of a disappointment. The crew was nice but not as good as first crew who did my other floors. we can she a few short cuts.

Their price was very reasonable and they demonstrated extreme patience with me, holding my carpet for an inordinate amount of time, withou complaint, while I waited to have worke done before installation. The carpet is lovely!
