From the start to finish it was so easy to do work with carpet one. From recommending flooring for my needs to keeping my cost in mind they were knowledgeable and considerate. Awesome product awesome staff awesome customer service.

They provide fast and professional services

We recently had floors installed by Carpet One of Clifton Park. From our inital appointment with Tamela, to the completion of the job,our experience has been top notch! John the former owner of Fascia Flooring offered us terrific advice in his area of expertise. The materials were delivered by Billy efficiently & with great enthusiasm. The installation of the floor by Steve and his team was done seamlessly with the utmost detail. We highly recommend Carpet One and their outstanding team of employees. Laurie & William

Install took a little longer than I thought it would on the installation date, but it was done flawlessly! Rather it takes an extra hour and looks great. And it does look fantastic! Instlers were professional and respectful, and did beautiful work. I want those same guys back when we replace the rest of our carpeting!

The carpet installer Mr. Sinatra and his son did a superb job on our upstairs and staircase carpet install . They were very professional and courteous. If we install carpet again we will specifically ask for them to install it

Everyone did their job and were very professional. The sales associate was willing to be flexible to accommodate us. The installers were extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I will be using Carpet One again very soon.

We are extremely satisfied with both the excellent sales advice and installation services for our new hardwood floor. Carpet One has exceeded our expectations is every way and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had my flooring replaced in eight rooms and the craftsmanship was excellent is every room. Eight of the rooms were carpeted and one had hardwood installed, I am more than satisfied with every room in the house. This was not an easy project as we requested the scheduler to make several changes when contractors, working on other simultaneous projects, needed more time. The product quality was everything we expected when we selected it in the showroom. We had a good experience from start to finish, including sales assistance, selection, scheduling, installation, and the end result.
