Hello Frank, offering great products and excellent customer service is a priority of ours. We have worked with our installers for many years and they are very reputable and take great pride in their work so this is very concerning to hear. We would like to look into this further, so please give us a call at (518) 360-1033 and ask to speak with a manager.

Hi Deb and Rob, Offering great products and excellent customer service is a priority of ours, and we are disappointed to hear that your experience was less than stellar. You are correct, the area rug coupon does have a minimum purchase requirement displayed on it, but we would be happy to create a custom discount for you based on the area rug you are considering. Regarding the leftover boxes of flooring - that is not an estimating error. We intentionally order an extra box or two on every project to ensure that our customers have material available for future repairs if needed. This is considered to be an industry standard and a best practice. We recommend that you keep this extra material in storage, you may find that you need it some day. We truly appreciate your business, and would be happy to give you the value of those extra flooring boxes back in the form of store credit towards your area rug purchase. Please give us a call at 518-579-2400 and we will process the credit for you right away. We thank you for supporting our locally owned family business, and we look forward to serving you again.
