Minha experiência com a loja foi maravilhosa! Eu fiz minha primeira compra no site oficial da Carolina Herrera e no dia da compra, houve um erro porque o site estava travando, mas eu entrei em contato por e-mail e também falei com uma atendente pelo chat do site e fui muito bem atendida. A Heloisa I. (atendente) foi super educada e muito prestativa, ela tentou de tudo para encaminhar minha solicitação e resolver o problema. Graças à eficiência e ao ótimo atendimento, tudo correu bem e meu problema foi resolvido. Estou muito feliz com a resolução da minha solicitação e com certeza farei outras compras no site.

I received excellent service from from Ricardo P., in customer service, who went above and beyond to secure my faith in online shopping. My purchase was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. Sadly, I had to return the item. Ricardo P., graciously guided me through the return process. Online Purchase/ Good customer service
I purchased online, when my items arrived one of the bottle was broken and spilled in the container. I immediately emailed the customer service and sent photos, got a response the next day. They offered a replacement or refund and asked me to return the item on its original packaging which I did. Hopefully refund will come to my account after the said waiting period.

I bought Carolina Herrera's CH perfume…
I bought Carolina Herrera's CH perfume recently and I was very excited about the perfume, I had already tried it at the airport, but it was the biggest disappointment, I didn't smell anything, it didn't even last 5 minutes. I thought about it being fake, but I bought it directly from Carolina Herrera's website. I don't know if they changed the formula, but it doesn't smell like anything, only when you sneeze you can smell it, but it doesn't last 5 minutes on the body.
