Out of all our cruises this was the best. Stayed in a Havana balcony on the Panorama. It was amazing. Angela the Havana bartender was AWSUME!!!!! As well as Victor. They had my drink ready the minute they saw me. The shore excursions were the best. In Puerto we went on the horseback riding in the rain forest. It was amazing! Went deep in the forest, crossed the creeks many time. The barbeque after word was great, They had a 6 year old riding the dancing horse. Also open bar so was a fun ride back In Mazatalon we went on the mini speed boats. They up and move when you open them up. Was so much fun. Finally in Cabo we did the camel riding. Our guide Saul was great. He kept us laughing and he was very informative. Be prepared to drink tequilla thats the lunch drink. Two types of tequilla, and one mescal. We met so many new friends in the Havana area. It was party, party ,party. Everything was just great. We will be back on the Panorama.

I love carnival cruise line This is my second one and ultimately don’t have much to say beside they cancel my cruise a day before we were supposed to leave I did called I was on the phone with carnival for 2 hours They did get it’s resolved and I was. Able to go on my cruise When we got to the pier more issue arise because of the cancellation but they were resolved and a timely manner The reason I’m writing this review is because We flew to Houston to shuttle to the pier And while on the cruise in Cozumel we brought a bottle of liquor for $18 dollars We’ll we get back to Galveston debarked and passed customs and paid for our bottle to be check and seal and they didn’t seal it in a bag/or box. We were stop by tsa and ultimately had to leave the bottle behind. Could have paid $35 dollars extra to bring it. We walked up to the window to declare we had the bottle and there was two ladies there, we’ll the one that helped us did not do her job correctly therefore causing problems at the airport for us Just annoying. Other then that everything else was fine

I purchased two cruise tickets and two excursions for my daughter and I leaving out of Galvaston, TX for a 5 day cruise. My daughter and I are both vaccinated but the other family we were going with had a child too young for vaccinating. We were all excited to go on the cruise and then last Tuesday, Oct 26th, 2021, I get a call from my friend stating all of our reservations were cancelled. I called to confirm this was the case as I had not received notification…after 20 minutes of waiting they confirmed it was cancelled. I asked about getting my refund and they stated they didn’t know how long it would take but not to call back. 24 hours later I received the official cancellation notice. It has now been 8 days since they cancelled my trip and no refund. My bank has not been able to get in contact with anyone from Carnival. Do not waste your money. Find another cruise line.

I wish I can give them 0 star. They hold my money for 3 months to say that kids without vaccine are ineligible. If there is process to sue please help me. Bad business

I am very very disappointed in carnival. THEY ARW DISORGANIZED, AND SOMEONE HAS DROPPED THE BALL AND IM PATING FOR IT. CARNUVAL CANCELLED MY TRIP BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I WILL BE FULLY VACCINATED I WAS TOLD IM NOT VACCINATED IF IT HASNT BEEN A FULL 14 DAYS AFTER THE SECOND DOSAGE. IF CARNIVAL WAS AWARE OF THIS INFORMATION AS I WAS TOLD BY MS.GUDRUN THEN WHY WAS THIS NOT STATED BEFORE MY BOOKING OR RIFHT AFTER. I booked my trip on June 14, 2021 ON CARNIVAL HORIZON CRUISE 6 DAYS INTHE CARRIBEAN. We were suppose to be sailing to mexico, jamacia, and Grand cayman. Carnival changed our destination to Dominican republic and the bahamas. I did not recieve any email in regards to this change. Then carnival sends an email on September 15, 2021 stating in order to board unvaccinated people need a 72 hour covid test and vaccinated people need a 24hour covid test. Cool!!! Noone from carnival says a anything about people who are unvaccinated( didnt recieve any vaccine pfizer, Moderna, or J&J)cannot board. They also did not state that people who are "Vaccinated" (received both dosages) cannot board the ship. On october 8, 2021 they send out these attestation surveys asking people are the going to be fully vaccinated at least a full14 days prior to sailing. Still noone said anything about cancelling the trip about people who are "vaccinated" or unvaccinated could not board. I recieve a email october 19, 2021at 7:08pm in my junk mail (2 and a half weeks before this ship boards) stating that they are cancelling my trip that i paid for in full and also booked flights and hotel stays for. I called early the next morning. And spoke with supervisor Ms.Gudrun who tells me im denied because i will not be considered fully vaccinated although I recieve my last dosage OCTOBER 28, 2021 which is 11 days before boarding. They have reached the number of unvaccinated people that they will allow on this trip. She said even if i recieved the 2nd dosage 11 days before boarding im not considered vaccinated so im trying to figure out what am i considered. Am i considered midway vaccinated like i dont UNDERSTAND!!!!!. CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE HAS MADE MY FIRST time booking a cruise theeeeeeeeeee worst! They had multiple opportunities to let people know that if tgey are not fully vaccinated at 14 days they are considered unvaccinated and cannot board. It is not fair that i spent my hard earn money, and time to book this cruise my first ever just for them to tell me they canceled my trip two weeks before boarding. THAT IS UNFAIR!!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I HAVE TWO CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OLD I WORK VERY HARD AND I DESERVED THIS GETAWAY. IT IS LITERALLY UNFAIR!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE UNORGANIZED AND NOW I MUST SUFFER!! MY SISTER HAS TO GO ON A CRUISE ALONEEEE!!! FOR 6 DAYS. SHES NEVER BEEN ON ONE AS WELL. I WILL BE WRITING REVIEWS ON EVERY PLATFORM. IM PISSED OFF I WASTED TONS OF MONEY!! Worst customer service ever. I called Oct 7 to inquire about fees to cancel my cruise. Was told as long as I cancelled by October 27 I would get a full refund. We do not want to cruise if we have to be vaccinated. I called back on the 12th to cancel got a rude woman who said I had to pay cancellation fees. I asked to talk to supervisor and was ignored. Will never sail with them

Called ahead of time and asked what the last eat date to receive the vaccine would be acceptable, had a Covid test and proof of vaccination the.n Was charged $150 for another Covid test because the vaccine was received exactly 14 days prior to boarding. Terrible experience and will never travel carnival again

Carnival You should be ashamed of yourselves! I had a cruise booked before covid & fully paid for which I moved a year out due to the pandemic (and was charged $100 to do so) and now I'm cancelling because I'm not comfortable going & you are Charing me a cancellation fee! Shame on you! airlines, hotels etc.. are all not charging due to the pandemic. Yep, I can move the cruise again but why should you be holding onto my money (a substantial amount) instead of me holding it, earning interest? I'm so disappointed.
