Booked a ticket with Carnival Valor for March 17, 2022 from New Orleans. Got an email on March 09, 2022 stating they were cancelling our booking. They said we submitted a COVID exemption letter and it was denied. We did not submit any letter, since all of us are fully vaccinated. I called them and initially they mentioned the exemption letter. When I told them the facts, they came back and said it was cancelled because they were overbooked. I booked the ticket from the Carnival website. It is sad that a company like Carnival has no respect for its clients. They just do whatever they want. The bottom line is "Money". Carnival...Thank you for ruining our family get together.

I booked a cruise on Carnival Mardi-Gras and I think they should rename to Nickel and Dime cruise line. They charge over 12 dollars a day for water and soda. You have to pay for wi-fi, three different tiers . The drink package is over 700.00 and my wife doesnt drink so it was going to cost Me over 1400.00 because she had to buy it also because we were cruising together. They probably charge you a fee for every time you flush the toilet. I canceled the cruise and they cheated me out of 500.00 dollars even after changing the itinerary. Never again!!!

Just returned from my 3 day cruise to the Bahamas aboard Carnival Liberty. Was the absolute worst. The app is total bulls**t. Does not provide you with pertinent information or hidden fees before purchasing your cruise package. We were hit with a $68 fee to park or vehicle. We were only offered unsweetened tea, and unsweetened lemonade along with water with our meals. I can understand paying for alcohol…but soda? The formal sit down dinner was an absolute joke. The portions were ridiculously small and underseasoned. The buffet had the same options nearly every damn day. And on that last day…they just didn’t care about quality at all. The entertainment sucked big time. Most guests had to entertain themselves by either singing karaoke in a hot bar, or chilling at the pool. Had two comedians. They did good. Total chaos getting checked in. Poorly organized. Was charged another $13 per person per day for gratuity, even when you did nothing on the ship. Put on the lowest deck that smelled like sewage. If you were a budget cruiser, you were treated like a second class citizen.

I have not gone on my cruise yet. They changed ship(a bigger ship). Been booked for over a year. Got our rooms next door to our party. When rebooked we are on deck 4, deck 7 in front of ship and deck 7 in back of ship. The same cruise I booked is now 200.00 cheaper. I called, spent 5 hours, 43 minutes and 30 seconds , on hold and got hung up on. I canceled Hawaii cruise for 7. Can’t see how they can be in business.

I loved the Carnival Magic ship it was so beautiful and I miss hanging out in my 12-14 club and the two leaders there were so amazing and really great people. I wish I had some way to talk to them again but I loved the experience and it's something I'll never forget.

Today I spoke with Lossie and she went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure that I was satisfied. I previously booked a cruise but with the increased Covid and omicron variant cases, my family members are afraid to travel. Lossie explained my options in detail and she was very knowledgeable about the upcoming cruises. I rated her online, based on a disconnected call, while I was on hold. Lossie deserves 5/5 and I do not won’t a disconnected call to effect her rating. Please make sure that her rating it updated.

This company has the worst Customer Service available. I literally tried calling different numbers oer six times, only to wait over 3 hours with no response. I finally hung up. I then tried calling the number that makes the first time reservations and they responded immediately, but were only able to make reservations, but not help with anything else. I finally called a number on one of their flyers and miraculously got through to a live person who was able to help me with Cancellations. They literally DO NOT have anyone responding to their phones for Customer Service! I will not be booking with them again.

I called the customer service number to ask questions before booking the crusie. The person I spoke to said that he did not have the answer and transfered me to another number. I have been waiting a hour for someone to answer. They must be doing very well and don't need my money
