DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU
This company is extremely unfair and do not care about their customers at all. I recently found out I was pregnant (5 months before my cruise), so I did my due diligence and called them to ask for a cancellation or potential credit for a future cruise. I was refused and told that I would be denied boarding due to the timing of my pregnancy during boarding, and also told there is nothing they can do for me and we would lose 100% of our money. Nobody that I spoke to showed any kindness or consideration at all and they just want to take your money. Do not book with them, they don’t care about you or your health. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and the attitude on the other end of the phone was atrocious.

I came on this cruise line because I…
I came on this cruise line because I wanted to play a lot in the casino and be comped correctly. This is the worst and I do mean the worst comps you will ever experience. 10k in spending might get you a free over done NY strip. No exaggeration. Do not fall for their trap-move your loyalty immediately.

I've been on 3 prior Carnival sister…
I've been on 3 prior Carnival sister cruises and by far this fourth one was the worst. My fourth aboard the Carnival Vista just recently traveling to St. Thomas, San Juan, Amber Cove and Celebration Key. The staff was rude. In our time dining, 90% of time we were placed at a square table. My father is in a wheelchair. After the 2nd time staff should have paid attention, noticing he's in a wheelchair. But when the third, fourth time and you still keep placing us at a square table. Come on, really. Then your waiters/waitress are ignoring you, no coffee hot water etc.. having to flag people down. To staff being rude. I'm sorry, the chef changing the menu... Worst mistake he ever made. Who wants to come on a ship and have pork chops, when those you can have at home. Three times our food has been ice cold and to have to ask to it be recooked properly why when it should of been done since the beginning. The chicken was to chewy, vegan sausage horrible, the parfaits missing ingredients listed on menu, veggies not thoroughly cooked, noodles to al dante. When you ask for a vegan cheddar omelette and it comes back with veggies. Confused. When I come on the cruise I want to be waited on, I shouldn't have to go upstairs to prepare my own plate and get hot food to top it off. Housekeeping was poorly done poorly cleaned. No refunds on excursions when they used to have them before. Bathrooms not cleaned. Not enough handicap accessibility bathrooms on the ship. Those are extremely limited to certain to floors. Cover-ups not enforced from swimming. Or worst walking through the food area barefoot. Who wants to eat on the lido deck trying to enjoy your food when someone passes through barefoot. Gross. This doesn't even include the violence that took board on the ship. Death, stabbing, smoking, fighting etc.. That was my last cruise aboard carnival. This ship took the cake..

🚨 CARNIVAL GAMBLING
🚨 CARNIVAL GAMBLING: 1 STAR — AND I’M BEING GENEROUS! 🚨
Gamblers know the house is supposed to win. That’s not my complaint. My complaint is that Carnival’s casino and Bingo feel RIDICULOUSLY stingy.
They sell a $79.99 Bingo package with chances at a $5,000 prize, yet longtime Diamond members tell me they’ve never seen anyone win it. If you’re selling these packages, be transparent about the odds and how often these prizes are actually won.
The casino is no better. Carnival has no problem charging everything to your room and taking your money, but when it comes to giving something back, the payouts feel practically nonexistent. MAKE IT FUN!
I also noticed something disturbing: I rarely saw significant wins going to Black players. I cannot prove discrimination, but after watching the casino, it was hard not to question what I was seeing. Our money is green too. Every customer deserves to feel equally valued and treated fairly.
The ONE bright spot is the staff. Most of them are absolutely amazing, hardworking and deserving of every tip they receive. But after everything passengers spend onboard, Carnival should be doing more to take care of its employees instead of relying so heavily on customers to supplement their income.
Carnival, you’re making plenty of money. You don’t have to squeeze every last dollar out of your passengers.
💰 Take our money.
🎰 Give us a reason to enjoy playing.
🎱 Be transparent about Bingo.
❤️ Take better care of your staff.
🤝 Treat EVERY customer fairly.
The house may always have the advantage, but Carnival doesn’t have to make guests feel like the house is taking EVERYTHING.
MAKE IT FUN, CARNIVAL! 🎰💸

I’m really disappointed with how this…
I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. At check-in, I specifically asked about the alcohol and was told that putting the bottle in my checked baggage could cause delays, so I followed the staff member’s advice and kept it with me.
The bottle was then confiscated anyway. If I had been clearly told it would be confiscated, I obviously wouldn’t have taken it onboard.
I understand Carnival has an alcohol policy, but guests should be able to rely on the information given by Carnival staff at check-in. I’m requesting reimbursement for the cost of the bottle, as I only ended up losing it because I followed the advice I was given.

Cabin Downgraded
We are Platinum on Carnival. Booked our 14 day cruise out of Port Canerval in March 2025 for Jan 2027 sailing. This past weekend, we saw our cabin that we paid to pick ourselves ( a two person interior on deck 7 away from noise ) was changed to an interior on deck 2 in a bad location. Multiple calls to Carnival, never being allowed to speak to a Supv, with end result being told we made the change when all our documents clearly show our orig cabin number. No emails from Carnival indicating any change, and Carnival states there are zero booking notes when change occured or why it happened, but between Sat and Mon, it was not "you made the change ". We have booked muliple cruises with Carnival with no issue. While we realize Carnival has the right to change a cabin at will, it is generally to a better location. We did not book a guarantee cabin but an actual cabin number. Nothing was offered for the change such as On Board Credit, and aplology, or anything. We asked for a new cabin and were told no, the ship is full. Yet, the guarantee cabins have not been assigned yet as others on the cruise who booked a guarantee do not have their assignment. We are not even at final due date yet, and Carnival refused to rectify this in any way. We had paid our trip in full already. We walked away and lost our deposit due to to priniple. Waiting on the refund minus deposit for trip, speaciality dining, and shore excursions. Almost 18 years with Carnival. Never again.

Carnival dropped the ball
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from Carnival! I am booked on a cruise and contacted Carnival to request wheelchair assistance getting on and off the ship. The representative would not help me because I booked my cruise through Vacations To Go. I recently sailed with Princess and had no problems getting on the list for a wheelchair to help get on the ship. Both cruise lines are under the Carnival Corporation umbrella but they have totally different mindset when it comes to helping customers.
