I went on the horizon on 3/12/23. The food was disgusting. The desserts were worse. You had to wait 30 minutes just to get water in the dining room, they nickel and dime every single thing. kids running up and down hallways all night waking everyone up rude children, drunk children filthy behavior is what we have to deal with. They should give all of us a refund back.

We just returned back from our first cruise of 7 days. we were on the Carnival spip Glory. We had a above good time and we had a blast . The crew staff were some of the best people on earth. They treated us with such respect and were right on with anything we needed. we felt very safe at the ports we visited. I thought I would be board on sea days but I was wrong . We had fun EVERY day. Great price. We ate ans ate . i gained 12 lbs. Food was wonderful. Choose Carnival if you want a fun , great cruise. god Bless

I am so disappointed in Carnival! I was yelled at in the dining room by staff and treated as though I was Less Than. I Tried to sleep but the sound outside of my cabin was so loud that I barely slept!!! I feel that someone from Carnival needs to contact via cellular so this can be resolved! My booking # was W42PK2 and my #is (765)517-1390 Please contact me at this number.

We just sailed in the Carnival Panorama. The ship was clean and very well staffed. The fun squad really brought the fun. The cruise director could shorten his overhead announcements (everyone groaned when he got started). Defiantly check out the piano bar, piano Mat was the delightful surprise of the activities. The dance team had a meet and Greet, they anre such a talented group and so genuine. Our Vista dining team Renaldo and Domingo III were amazing!! So efficient and friendly. Domingo even sings one night as entertainment in the dining room.

We purchased our first family cruise through Carnival and we were so excited to finally afford our children an opportunity to experience a cruise. As a woman in her mid-forties, this was going to be my first experience as well. However, after 3 years of not catching COVID-19, we all tested positive for COVID-19 for the first time 1 week before our trip. I called Carnival and shared our bad news. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip, not really knowing what our options were and still processing the fact that I have COVID-19. I was completely unaware that I would be charged a penalty of over 90% of what I paid because we were positive. This may not be a lot for most, but it was a lot for our family. Not only do we lose our money, but we also missed out on sharing this experience with our children and each other. I'm so disappointed in how Carnival supports COVID patience. I didn't want a refund, just a later date to travel when we were medically cleared to travel. Now to break it to the children.

Horrible experience. I was so excited to go back on the fun ship after 10 yrs. First one of my bags went missing, my Dyson blow dryer set it off. They broke my new london fog suitcase searching for it. Then they stole one prescription bottle of mine then another they just left me a few to get through the cruise. My Ole Plex hair products were dumped everywhere including filling up one of my medicines with it. I was on edge the entire cruise that they clearly knew what cabin I was in and can access my safe given they're security. I had to walk around with my $700 purse with our passports, cash, cards and rest of medicine. I couldn't even enjoy the port after being so violated on the ship by security. Then the plumbing my gosh the plumbing. I think it's recycled water sure smells like it, Sulphur smell, at the same time over softenated water to cover up made my hair from roots 6 inches down. I don't even want to know what I washed in. And this was in the spa bec after only one of us in my cabin showered the water was up to here ankles and flooding the bathroom. There was no way two more could shower. Then the complaints from other cruisers oj board about the scalding water coming out of all sink faucets. Nobody washed their hands well. They're running the ship like a dry cleaners. As we're being kicked off early they had people lined up to board. How are they cleaning effectively. How about the waste. Are you dumping in the oceans again? Or is it all backing up all the time. 🤮 disgusting. Entertainment was great, crowds got along well surprisingly. The staff is so tired from being worked around the clock literally like they're zoo animals in a circus carnival. I know you weee hit hard from covid but my gosh, shame on you Carnival. You lost a customer qnd I will share this to the day i die with as many as possible when considering carnival. 🤮

Carnival Customers Beware…I was on the Carnival Vista for 7 days with a group of friends and when I was packing, I mistakenly left two Tommy Bahama shirts in the closet. I contacted Carnival the next day after disembarking. I was instructed to go online and fill out a form. After receiving numerous email templet letters and NO return of my items I would write this review. It would be very simple to implement a policy where left items were put in an envelope\bag and mailed COD. Each guest has all contact information assigned with their cabin. Carnival has done nothing, so writing a review about my experience will be futile. Has anyone ever experienced the same experience?
