Great Customer Service model from the moment of purchase to the actual delivery of the piece(s). The pieces are very beautiful. Have a necklace, 3 different bangle bracelets and a Ring and I love each unique piece.

I ordered what was described as vintage earrings. Two sets at £24 per pair. I finally received two pairs of extremely cheap, nasty earrings which did not remotely resemble the products as advertised.

Beware and dont be taken in by the Website pictures This is from China. Bought a necklace and immediately tried to cancel it nd change for the same item that was offered with free earings at the exact same price. that request was ignored. and it was "shipped" told them i would send the necklace back and reorder only to be told that I was responsible for the return cost and the address provided is in china. address: 2nd Floor, Building 9, No. 887 Changchun West Road, China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Jindong District, Jinhua, Zhejiang 321000, China. oh and BTW I still do not have my necklace one week following order even though they claim Evri has it!!

Ordered on line. Right away I had to change the shipping address. I got an email saying they have looked into my request and will get back to me right away.5 days later Carla Jewlery has NOT reached out to me. My jewelery was delivered to the wrong address 3 days ago. Still no response to my multiple emails .😓😓😓

Very pleased with my purchase of the Hug Pendant, good quality & kept informed all the way through from purchase to delivery. Would recommend.

SCAM. DONT BUY IT. Awful quality and definitely not what i was expecting, especially considering the price i paid. The earings are made of wood with a transfer or printed pattern applied. Not much handcrafted quality here to talk of. Worth about a tenth of the value you would pay as a customer at best in my opinion. I feel let down and ripped off with my shipped from China purchase.

My partner had brought me the humming bird pendant which looks beautiful only when you receive it..it's absolutely rubbish you would probably get better from a pound store or market..I thought it was absolutely misleading consumer's...it's plastic he was very annoyed that he got scammed. Do NOT buy it...
