Do not buy from this company. They are not what the say they are and the products are of poor quality. Some items were faulty but it is difficult to contact the company.

This business is a typical drop shipping scam. A hummingbird necklace I ordered for £27 turned out to be cheap, mass produced plastic which I retrospectively found on ebay from other suppliers for a couple of quid. It's not even worth that. Despite claiming a no hassle returns policy they only offer a portion of your money back and that's after extensive, time consuming emails quoting trading legislation. Everything about their marketing is fake, as is most likely the so-called closing down sale for retirement. The website gives a US address and includes AI pictures purporting to show an artisan "cottage craft" industry. The reality is the goods come from a third party supplier on a Chinese trading estate - and I have that in writing!

Have not received my order. Ordered 6.9.26. O/N CJ142572 I have sent a number of emails and received a reply saying don’t worry 2.10.26. It is now 25.10.26 and still no jewellery. Very disappointed. Robyn Parker

I ordered and paid for 4 items which were delivered within a reasonable timeframe. however they sent a ring that I hadn't ordered. I advised them immediately and that's when the trouble started. I received an email telling me that my issue was being investigated personally by one of their team members. I Followed up a few weeks later and got basically the same email which was really just a form letter. Long story short, they would not replace the ring and when pressed they offered a discount on another piece, then another piece foc. All I wanted was the ring I paid for or a refund as there was only one item that I thought was worth what I paid for it. When advised of this they sent a fairly complicated form and advised they would arrange a refund when they could (owing to the "closure of the business")then advised that I would have to pay the postage to return the ring. Not good enough really.

I bought a pair of green and gold earrings which turned out to be gold and silver instead ! I have sent numerous complaint emails,including clear photos to highlight their error but the company has refused to respond. I am disgusted by their attitude and would like to warn other shoppers not to buy anything from this arrogant firm.

Total scam. No way to get a hold of anyone. They send an automated email reply if you do email them, worthless and deceptive. When I ordered on the weekend upon check out I was tricked into clicking a box that indicated a discounted price on an item I purchased. Their website actually added an additional item at that discounted price. I immediately emailed them. Got an automated reply. They prey on their customers. Don’t recommend this company. They scammed me and now won’t reply.

From the advert it looked like a gourgous humming bird. On receipt it was made of poor quality plastic. The advert said it was a closing down sale, however they never actually close. I paid about £22.00 slashed from about £85.00. 2 weeks after the delivery the same product (less the chain) was on sale at Amazon for less than £1.00 I complained and they offered me a small refund. That was laughable. I insisted on a full refund and I would return it. They never got back to me after that. The moral of this review is don't always believe what you see in an advert and avoid closing down sales. This product was from the USA.
