The picture of my purchase is nothing like the item that has arrived. It’s poor quality tiny and cheap looking. I ordered the girl with a dog as a gift for someone. I will be embarrassed to pass it on.

Not statement pieces hand-crafted as suggested in their marketing pictures. Cheap, imitation arrived exactly the same one that can be purchased from Temu, but at a tenth of the price. Misleading, buyers beware. Some customers may be given nice, legitimate pieces in between others orders, from the reviews read it's certainly hit & miss, not in a good way. A very dissatisfied, ripped off customer here... lesson learnt! Definitely a scam from the experience I encountered.

The items offered are lovely, unique and well-crafted, particularly when considering the affordable prices. I have bought a number of items, both for myself and as much appreciated gifts. Very happy with my purchases from Carla Jewely.

Carla's Jewelery is a scam. I ordered item and when they eventually arrived they were of particularly poor quality. They were claimed to be hand made. The moonstone necklace was coloured glass. I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to get a return address. Eventually it came, saying I had 2 weeks to return. The return address is China! This explains the poor quality and the length of time it took to arrive. Don't waste your money. I feel really stupid.

I have nothing positive to say about this company. First there was a delay in the shipping time. When I inquired, I was told there was a shipping problem. When the package finally arrived, the outer envelope had a hole in the bottom. The necklace was knotted & the dog charm had detached. The gold ring was missing! “Carla” has refused to replace or refund though I have reached out by email many times. So they have my money & I have a broken necklace & no ring! So disappointing.
