TOTAL SCAM!! The advertised prices sent via emails are different from the price when you follow the link to the website. I've sent 9 emails since September 17th, requesting clarification of the discrepancies. Each time I receive a reply saying my email is important, they will respond shortly etc.. I'm yet to receive any clarification. Nine emails and no reply other than their automated bullshit response. TOTAL SCAM!!

Scam advertising. The earrings I received are awful—they’re cheap and look nothing like the ones Carla Jewelry shows in its ads. It’s a SCAM. And even though I’m asking them for a refund because of their deceptive advertising, they’re just stringing me along. I guess they’re hoping I’ll give up. But no, I’m not going to give up.

They added a $15 priced $10 gift card to my order without my consent and charged me for it. Emailed support 16 days ago and then again a few days after that and they never reply. Avoid this company, seems extremely sketchy!
