Great business with fast delivery and lovely products

Loved all the pieces I've ordered but 2 had to be replaced and am still waiting over 6 weeks now since I was told they would be replaced

Item looked exactly as it does on the advertisment. Keep vowing to never buy online again as so many items (mainly jumpers) are poor quality unlike how they are shown

This dear old lady Carla who's ending her business is 100% fake. Items are cheaply made and from China, not the USA as suggested. What gave it away is the tracking number, and the carrier YunExpress. Not USPS or the like. I feel conned and won't be purchasing again. Might as well buy from Temu or eBay. Guaranteed I will get the copy and paste response from the Carla company about my genuine feedback left. Just read others reviews and you will see what I mean. English is not there mother tongue. Words like "thrilled and delighted" are over used.

Dry happy with my purchase and communication from Carla jewellery. Whole process was seamless, goods were as pictured and described. Too easy !!

From the advert it looked like a gourgous humming bird. On receipt it was made of poor quality plastic. The advert said it was a closing down sale, however they never actually close. I paid about £22.00 slashed from about £85.00. 2 weeks after the delivery the same product (less the chain) was on sale at Amazon for less than £1.00 I complained and they offered me a small refund. That was laughable. I insisted on a full refund and I would return it. They never got back to me after that. The moral of this review is don't always believe what you see in an advert and avoid closing down sales. This product was from the USA.
