Customer care is amazing
Customer care is amazing. The agents are friendly and professional. I had an issue with my email being off by one letter so I wasn’t getting correspondence. The agent was able to fix that and handle a return for me. I was upset when I called but the agent remained professional and friendly and absolutely calmed my fears and stress. She made my day and it meant so much while going through so much personally.
