I ordered adult swim diapers from Carewell.com When my package arrived, I noticed I had bought the wrong size. I called customer service in the evening, after what I thought would be business hours and someone answered the phone. This person asked me how they could assist me and I explained that I had ordered the wrong size of swim diapers by mistake, fully expecting to hear that I was either stuck with them or that I could exchange him but I would have to pay for the return shipping. This individual helped me so much. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me navigate not only getting a free shipping label so I could send the wrong diapers, but purchase new diapers and get them on autoship. I was really pleased with the help that I received. I was actually listened to unlike another diaper company where they tried to push their products on me, products that I didn't need. I felt heard and I definitely was helped.

I had entered an order online and later noticed the shipping address was incorrect. So I contacted Carewell’s customer service who advised me the order needed be canceled and a new order entered. Which they quickly did for me.

Helping to take care of my mom has been difficult. Finding yourself in this situation is tough enough without having to figure out navigation to get things done. CAREWELL has been that added support for me. I love knowing I can pick up the phone and call for help with ordering almost anything at all for her. I dont have to worry about getting in front of the computer. I can call while driving and they will take care of my needs. Thank you soo much CAREWELL! I DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU!💕
