I have utilized Carewell for Mom since 8/2021 thru present, Dec 2023. I am very much appreciative of the services Carewell provided, that includes the Supplies and the Caregiver’s education material. Each time I reached out to Carewell regarding supplies for Mom, the Customer Service was excellent! The supplies were always delivered in warp speed. There are advantages to Autoship, including discounts and reminders. Autoship kept me from accidentally letting Mom run out of needed supplies. Carewell sends you a text reminder of your Autoship Delivery 3-Days before shipment is dispatched. The text has an option to “MODIFY” order just in case you wish to change or delete one of the items, or add an additional item(s) for shipment. If you select ’Modify’ there is a quick link immediately texted to you to allow you to do so. I loved that it was always easy to reach a human customer service rep in the event the automated system did not provide enough assistance. I definitely give Carewell 5 🌟!

I get to talk to real people that understand our problems! They are cheerful, not hurrying us along. Show’s other products when my problem worsens , to help control, or at least help keep it wherever it should be! Thank you so very much for helping me when I really needed the help the other day! Keep up the great work!

The representative helped me consolidate my orders. She was great. Carewell always has what I need. Thank goodness. I don't have to jump around websites. I love carewell.
